Hello this is great way worshipand physical exercise, I just have 1 questions does your videos contain yoga? I'm not able to do yoga becasue it's a Hindu religion and against God. I just want to make sure before I follow
Hi there @Kimacho. I respect and understand your question and conviction. I am a believer and follower of Christ. I also lived and served the Lord in India for 10 years and understand very well how yoga is such a part of Hinduism. I do my best to not ever call my stretching or breathing yoga as I have my own personal convictions about it. I am aware that some of the stretching moves I use in this video and other videos are used in yoga. However, I believe that the way I lead stretching (goodness for our mobility and releasing tension) and also focus on scripture from the Bible and prayer is very different from the way Hindus practice yoga-I have seen those practices firsthand. I pray that my videos will bless you, dear sister. I also encourage you to follow hard after God and keep your convictions. If you cannot do my videos, I support you and pray you find great options. I'm Still Fighting It trying to Get Well. Please Continue to keep me in your prayers. And Please Do Those Calfstreching Exercise Video I Would Appreciated. i love your stretching videos. I'm taking a morning walk, and then I come back and do stretches. However...I can't do the runner's stretch, going all the way down to the floor. Do you have any suggestions?
Hi, Kelly! I somehow missed this comment! You do not have to go all the way down to the floor. You can do a deep lunge. If you are working on balance too, you can hold on to a table as you lunge. As your mobility and flexibility allow and increase you might get deeper and deeper. I could not go to the floor the first time I tried that stretch as well. Over time it got a little easier! Blessings!
