  • Deadheading Roses in mid summer for more blooms. I'm in the cutting garden today deadheading different types of roses from spray roses, David Austin Roses, floribundas, old heritage roses, and more. I'm chatting on what type of roses to deadhead and when not to deadhead.

I learn so much from you; but I also get a sense of peace and relief in an otherwise chaotic world right now. Thank you.

Here in Connecticut, it's been very challenging to keep my flowers and vegetables going in this high humid heat. Some plants have been lost, but I'm o.k. with that, because I can replace them, and I trudge on, watering watering and more watering. I have something eating my marigolds, and lillies, however I don't mind that too much, as long as I still have something to enjoy and bring cut flowers into the house to enjoy. The hydrangeas are gorgeous this year in our shoreline community. I enjoyed your video, it was very informative.

Thanks for the tutorial. Quite enjoyed. I only have bush and shrub roses, but I do need to do some dead heading on them as well. Lovely gardens. Good job!
