My interviewer (HR Round) asked me to debate for 1 minute for the motion of “why are you not a good fit for the company”. I was confused for a second and then i asked her for water. In the meantime i was framing my answer. I took a deep breath and said “ mam i think i am a great fit for the company but just for showcasing my debating skills i will surely speak about that.” And then i said all the qualities that someone could have to not be a good fit for the company. She smiled at my answer and we moved onto the other question. That was a question I was not prepared for. Anyways i got rejected because of my 0 experience at that time even though my interview went well.
