Caleb thnx brother for this video. I think. I asked you when you were gonna work on the guitar. So we can see the progress. Thanx for doing that. I personally want to know how it plays against a martin and the rosa guitars..
I never put frets in until the fret board is glued on the neck. Im surprised the frets held down. My first build I did what you are doing and the frets bent the fretboard and I wound up having to hammer the frets down again after glueing the fretboard down to the neck. But everybidy has there own way about doing things, and thats cool whatever works best for you is all that really matters. Im very glad you are building your first guitar and I know it will turn out great. I cant wait to see the finished guitar. There is no better guitar than one you made youtself. good luck and God bless
That looks real nice Caleb. I like the way you put the " Mills" on top. You know I feel stupid, I've only done a fretboard once and I glued it to the neck before I installed the frets. Honestly, the one I did was a pain, I hope I never have to do another. Making the nut was a pain too, It looks easy but it is not. If you are busy doing repairs, take some footage and try to get a video out at least once a week, it will help your channel. Kudos
Looking good Caleb, your work is inspiring 👍!
Not to take away from your previous work, but I found this to be one of your best videos. I hope you continue sharing videos of this build.

It's looking good Caleb, good to see you again!
IT really looks great, I love ebony fretboards, and your headstock logo looks great. I know it will be beautiful.

Are you using a one way or two way truss rod?
And building your own does not pay the bills eh?
