Hello there! I believe that including extra research and presentations can only be beneficial. However, it's worth noting that Letters of Recommendation (LoRs) from doctors outside the US often carry a bit less weight compared to those from US doctors. That being said, if you find yourself in a situation where getting a US-based LoR isn't possible, having a LoR from elsewhere is definitely better than not having one at all. Keep striving and best of luck!
