I think the January night sky is my favorite. Some of my favorite constellations and stars are out. The sky seems darker, stars crisper, and it's virtually silent. It's tranquil and serene.
Amazing !! Just started using a reflector telescope for the first time, no tracker or 'go-to' facility but have found learning the sky first before randomly hunting- your video is incredibly helpful.
Thanks I always appreciate your comprehensive breakdown of what to look out for, I've tried a few channels, yours is the best for me when it comes to laying dates out for the month.
Hi Michael. thank you for the video on night sky stuff for January. I'm looking forward to getting my telescopes out again. It's been a couple of months since I've done any "Observing" and "Astrophotography". Thanks for the January heads up! Sincerely, Rich Williams Astor, Florida 32102 USA!
I would love to see a video of you imaging the planets with your 12" dob Sky-Watcher, using your DSLR ... The video you made in the past with your Orion 8" was soooo helpful and awesome. I am really curious to see the results with this huge 12" you have.
Thank you for this update 😊 I'm using celestron nexstar 5se with zoom eyepiece but still struggle to see clearer Jupiter or Saturn. Do you maybe have an advice how can I improve stargazing? Last night I saw meteorites in the South sky. It was beautiful.
Great video and Thank you for the informations.🌌❤👍 Can you make a video about how to photograph the andromeda Galaxy. It's really hard to me to capture the Galaxy.🌌 (Thank you.)

It would be helpful to give direction to look on Jan16 for Mars viewing
Download any astronomy app for you device. Or just look for the Moon.
Literally EVERY NIGHT, except 1, our skies in south South Dakota have been totally clouded out❣️❣️
Thanks for this!

Thank you.
I don’t own a telescope. Is there a website that has public telescopes observing in real time planets and constellations?
Thanks for mentioning the Southern Hemisphere - I was just about to give up on this channel..
I appreciate that and try to mention major Southern Hemisphere events whenever I come across them in my research for these video!
Can we See the Meteors in Switzerland?
What meter shower gives you the most consternation vis-Avis Earth?
Passage thru galactic planes or thru solar debrise? Comets? Meteor remnants ?
