Out of all the shooting events in the Olympics I would have to say I give it to the trap shooters as the toughest to win gold. I feel like biathlon is hands-down the most challenging. Your lungs are surging heart is absolutely racing with exertion from cross-country skiing from station to station and you need to shoot five 45mm/2inch targets at 50m/55yds with laser precision as fast as humanly possible and race to the next station to repeat the feat.
I work at a gun club running the trap and skeet fields. they're actually pretty interesting games. I know someone who's working toward a national representative position in skeet
I had no idea the olympic skeet-shooters were that good
I was in a teen trap league years ago and quite a few of them were getting perfect scores or only dropping 1 shot every event. There are incredibly good trap shooters out there
thats obvious, like why wont the olympians be best at the sport they compete at, these shooters be practising everyday for multiple hours for years
@@neerajnongmaithem392 yeah, but the shooters in other categories aren't literally perfect most of the time. that's the point I was making
I've fired a Crossman Challenger 2019 before from my AJROTC's rifle team
Chile gold medal at skeet!!
Vamooooss 🇨🇱‼️
Glad it was a nation in the Americas. Chile making us proud. 🇨🇱🇺🇸
Nice
Turkish guy sent a message to the guys who dare to hurt his daughter's feelings in the future.
They all kinda did
was hoping you'd also explain some of the gear they are using.
they look like they take laser tag too seriously ngl
We in swizerland are shooting with a military gun called the SG550
by SIG Swiss
Shotgun is the only one which seems to have sense
The airsoft pistols and rifles look so professional. The shotgun dudes that are using lethal weapons are just swinging them around, throwing fits and shells etc.
Turkish Mr Bean had shooting experience and won silver
Leuris Pupo our Cuban legend, gold in London 2012 :)
they allowed Esports in the next olympic but no FPS
Now this is a sport I will take up
How Olympic shooting works ? Short Answer: Yusuf Dikec, no equipments, one hand on pocket = medal. Edit: No he didnt have all equipmens, he doesnt have any lol... others have shooting shoes, goggles, ear protection (for not to distract from outer sounds).. Your comment is absurd.
The fact he won silver versus all the other "marksmen" should say a lot to learning proper marksmanship skills.
He had all the same equipment apart from the goggles... And do you seriously think those magically guide your bullets to the target or something? Absurd.
He jad earplugs on to clear out the noise. Just like everybody else. People here are just so dumb they don't have any idea how this sport works
@@XMysticHeroxHe's a nationalist turk. He'll invent all kinds of nonsense to pretend that they weren't the saddest and silliest example of a crumbling empire the world had ever seen. Imagine being called the sick man of Europe. Imagine being so upset about it you commit genocide against Armenians.
He just didnt have eye cover
