you had me at 'sometimes I dont like the work Im doing, or driving to work' honestly I dont like studying, it takes SO LONG-I need instant gratification guys but its not happening at the pace I need it to keep me going, but also not asking God to help me sit through it could be ease the dreading that comes with doing it-I will pray this, shout it to combat my flesh coz yeyiiii...Thank you Lesego...!!

And don’t feel condemned. We do live in an instant gratification society that’s why you need to maintain the disciple across all areas in your life. You can’t binge content on you phone and expect to sit and study 🙃 this is not wisdom. Limit the desire for instant gratification across all your areas and what your studies improve. Every good thing goes through a process

This made me realise that I procrastinate my Bible study because I really have to sit down and study it. I need to prioritise it just like I did with my modules at school. It’s tough but it has to be done.

We all do hey but self awareness is the first step. I use my Bible app a lot (to compare different versions) but I also make sure my physical Bible is in full view at all times as a reminder to just grab and open it 🌸
