    I'm with you for the next 75 days. This is so good. You're right 80 % of the stomach cut out for nothing . I've gone from a 5X now 2X, and I've gotten very lax. I'm all in too

    I’m 9 mon post op VSG. I’ve been on a 2.5 month stall😢 ...sitting here stuck at 207. My surgery weight was 260. My 1 year mark is around the corner on 6/21. My goal was to be 180 by then... this weight stall has been soooo discouraging. I’ve reverted to my old toxic ways this month by NOT watching sugar/carbs/calories intake. (Total self-sabotage)....But I know I can do better for myself. I needed to see this video. ❤ Thank you.

      I’m with you. I stopped losing after 4 months I’m 7 months post op.

      Same, I feel the same way - we in this together y’all. This can be so draining but I am refusing to give up, dome came too far! 😅

    Non bariatric participant here 👋🏽. I am excited to join this challenge with you tomorrow! I have to think about my personal goal. This is a better version than the 75 hard. No one has time to work out twice a day, lol.

      lol right ! I also think working out 2 times per day would make me burn out and prevent me from being consistent with it. Just working out once daily will already require adjustment and discipline. But we got this 💪🏾💪🏾

    I am with you for the next 75 days. I haven't posted for a long while and none of my VSG content is up so this will a great incentive for me to get back into it. My journey has been rocky and I know it's due to a lack of discipline. I'll keep you posted🏃🏿‍♀🏃🏿‍♀🏃🏿‍♀

    The timing of this video is perfect! I had surgery last summer and have hit a stall for the past few weeks. My year anniversary is literally in 75 days! I'm joining you for this challenge because I want to make great progress before that one year anniversary! Thank you for the inspiration. 🙂

    Karen and friends, I am in!!! Next 75 Soft Challenge is right on time to boost my accountability and over all motivation; my no slacking in snacking, to see more slack in my clothes 🥰, doing good, but I want to do great. Karen, you’re right on time, and just know that you’re being used by God, thank you for using this challenge to remind me of “ the D word Discipline!” Starting tomorrow!

    Perfect timing! My dad just passed away and to say the least it has been tough. Traveling back and forth to help the last several months had me making poor choices in all these areas. And I’m ready to be getting back on track and reestablishing these habits!

      My condolences I’m so sorry for your loss and I can understand how this caused you to fall off track. Firstly I want to just reassure you that it’s ok to fall off track sometimes especially when you have unexpected trauma, you’re human and when grieving it’s ok to give yourself grace and time to heal even if that means falling off track a bit. But now that you’re ready you just gotta get back to it and you will be right back on track to succeed.
      I hope that you are doing ok and that this challenge can help you both get back on track with your vsg journey 💕

    I had gastric sleeve May 16th last year and I’ve turned back to old ways :( I’m starting this tomorrow morning with you and I’ll keep you up to date on my success. Positive vibes only! We got this!!!

    Just saw this today! I’m with you, I’m 8 1/2 months out and only half way to my goal and even started regaining 😢 so this is coming at a perfect time. So ready to get back on track and not feel like I did this all for nothing. Thank you so much for sharing your journey with us ❤

    This is good. I’m a year and 3 months out. But still have 50lbs to loose. I had an unexpected hysterectomy in November that threw me off. I was looking into 75 Hard at first too.

      I hope you’re healing well after the hysterectomy💕 but you will definitely het back on track 💪🏾
      75 hard seemed a bit intense, I may revisit that again in the future but for now I just wanna get back to being disciplined.

    I started the 75 hard march 1st and switched to soft 2 weeks after because them 2 a days was 2 much😂 I only missed one day so far due to sickness. I’m 10 months post op 133lbs down. I have 60 more to go but I find myself snacking soo much ughhh. I have to get back on track because I recently gained 4.6lbs and ion like that😩
