Oh dear lord, as a semi-pro guitar player 9:30 just kills me. You don't just cut the strings like, you have to unwind them first, or it can warp the neck. There's a ton of tension in the strings. They shouldn't break the cutters though, so it probably was broken anyway.
You know the neck warps over time regardless. That's why you have to regularly adjust it.
