Yoda’s a really sad character if you look at it, he watched the rise and fall of the Jedi, felt all his friends die through the force, and lived till Luke’s training was complete. But he died knowing Luke would bring balance back to the force, truly a sad character.

Bruh, it’s either Obi Wan or Yoda. Obi-Wan was a beast through Clone wars, master of Soresu. Took on, D Maul, somewhat alright against Dooku, kinda... and a young (inexperienced, but yet also the “Chosen one”) Darth Vader. He survived Order 66 and sparked the “new” age of Jedi with starting Luke on his journey to Jedi mastery.
Yoda is also a Grand master for like 800 years of the Jedi . His knowledge of the force is unmatched and never unbridled. His lightsaber combat from what I’ve read and seen was solid, but not compared to the great lengths of, Qui Gon, Windu, Obi Wan, many more etc. But that’s why he yields a green saber just like Qui Gon and other very force sensitive Jedi, that’s his strength, THE FORCE. Yoda also finishes Luke’s training to become Jedi Knight and so forth. Who will become one of the greatest (if not the greatest, depending on wether you believe in Legends or Canon) Jedi to ever live. Obi-Wan and Yoda both lived the most true Jedi way to its core. In my book it’s a tie for the greatest.

But the Problem with it could be that its only stronger against users of The Dark side so i would Call it a way between yoda and windu in lightsaber combat.. who is stronger in the Force is obvious i think.. its the Great Darth jar jar

Very careful a Jedi must be, discipline and patience a Jedi must have. Many Jedi I have seen, many have fallen. Failed them I have, but learned from those failures I have. Believe you must, not only in yourself but in your companions you must. Only through this safe from the dark side you are.

“Do or do not, there is no try.” - Yoda; The Empire Strikes Back.
“The Greatest Teacher Failure Is.” - Yoda; The Last Jedi.
Even though the last Jedi was a terrible Star Wars movie, I understood the teachings and the explanation of what his original teaching meant from the Empire strikes back.
Do or do not simply means this.. you will fail until you succeed. You must fail in order to succeed. When you fail enough times, you will begin to see and or learn to succeed. When does not become a great basketball player baseball player NASCAR driver plumber mechanic or any craft sport skill strength speed knowledge durability endurance will become wise without failing in life.
The reason why master Yoda said there is no try is due to this. You do not try to become a good person, you do not try to make money, you do not try to help others you do not try to become a good person, you do not try to make money.
There are only two results, failure and succession. The mentality of an individual is what separates them from either failure or success. When you have the mentality of I will try to do this that and or everything else in life, you will always fail, even when you believe you have succeeded.
If you never learn how to accept a loss, you were never worthy enough to win.

What I really like about this tribute video is that it shows two sides to being a truly accomplished jedi, and this duality is nicely mirrored in the musical choices for the video. On the one hand, there is the obviously serious and austere side of the jedi life that's always being emphasized in the movies, tv shows, and books. But on the other hand there is something else that we rarely see enough of: the joyfulness, playfulness, and inner sense of peace and well-being that comes with being a true sage. Yes, there are battles, turmoil, tragedy, death, and suffering. But the force is bigger than all of that, and there's something glorious about that perspective of communing or becoming one with this awesome energy or guiding power that permeates all living beings and the cosmos itself. It gives more meaning to Yoda's remark "rejoice for those around you who transform into the force; mourn them do not, miss them do not." Anakin wasn't remotely ready to understand that, and so, in that way at least, Yoda failed to be what he needed at that time. But equally, the jedi were failing to be what the force needed them to be. Hence Anakin was destined to destroy the jedi order, so that the force could be re-balanced in the galaxy.

It would be so epic when you see the young Mace Windu or other big Jedi - many of them not even born yet - and then you see the Jedi High Council... with a few members we already know, Yaddle or maybe Ki-Adi-Mundi - and Yoda already is the most powerful and wisest of them all, the Grandmaster of the Jedi Order for centuries. The whole twist was Luke realising who he was looking for, that it wasn’t a ‘great warrior’... he just assumed that, because he knew yoda was a jedi master. The surprise was that he was an all knowing and wise jedicompletely in tune with the force. The prequels ruined that by turning it on it’s head, having him jumping all over the place like a ping ball and fighting like he was. I’d like to see a trilogy just using the original trilogy clips.

One could argue that yoda in exhile made him into that wise and powerful jedi in perfect harmony in the force. The warrior he was in the clone wars was not the same one we meet in empire strikes back. The yoda we meet on dagobah is a wise, changed, grandmaster who has learned from his mistakes and no longer is a warrior but a wise and powerful jedi with no need for a lightsaber. A true jedi whos only need is the force, not a weapon.

It’s a mindset if your trying your thinking that you could fail so your mind is in the future and your worrying which is fear when it should be in the present moment where your at peace that’s why mediation is so important being aware of what’s going on around you and what your feeling if your feeling fear anger and hatred just be aware of it and don’t give in don’t use them and they will eventually go away if they come back just repeat that’s why meditation techniques like being aware of your breath sound or sight will keep your mind from wandering to the future and the past where you can worry and feel fear anger and hate that is how a Jedi uses the force by being aware

Thats not possible. Yoda is so smart and wise its not possible to make a whole movie on him, everything he says is either super fun or super smart, noone can make such movie.

For some bizarre reason, that move Yoda does at 2:10 on Palpatine's guards reminds of Lady Olanna, the Queen of Thorns from Game of Thrones. "Away with you, you trifles...' HAHAHAHAHA!!!
