I am literally shocked that who are such people who have pressed dislike button. They all might be perverts and rapist mentality people.
I think part of the issue is many people are so ingrained in western time signatures and scales/keys, and they simply cannot find a rhythm to follow the music with. I don't think it's the sounds, since western instruments like the oboe are similar (although not nearly as amazing) sounding with the piercing tone. I mean there are points where it sounds like he's hidden a saxophone in there somewhere as well - incredible instrument and incredible players!
I didnt dislike it but yeah I dont prefer this music solely because it reminds me of Bollywood movies. I like Indian classical music (don't know much but appreciate it) just not the Shehnai. Too much association with Bollywood.
