I tracked the proc rate on the weapon's frost ability and it seems to be correct at about 4%. The Godrage one listed at 5% was closer to 1%, maybe even slightly less. Because they are completely unaffected by luck stat, it would make more sense for the devs to peg them at every X hits instead of these low random chances, which in play is honestly not very fun at all. Consistency can be more fun than randomness.
Thanks for doing the homework! I think having both types of items would be nice, also a way to increase the frequency of every x hit items through a unique would be an easy win
A roguelite MMO could work I think.
Either as an optional PVP/PVE mode that has progress saved for you main character but every run is made with an "avatar" and randomized with meta currency being able to be exchanged for progression and later stuff useful for the main game.
Or it could be a standalone MMO where you have a Player hub from which you can start missions, maybe party up with others, buy progression stuff, cosmetics etc. that allow you to have the feeling of real progression from your hub character and buying mutators/chance adjusters etc for the rogue runs.
i think the pointwouldbe having a character that progress but at every instance you have both, your progress and a non trivial amount of random upgrades for that instance alone.

Having watched too much of people playing this game I feel that people are seriously sleeping on Necromancy as a boss killer. Look at the Necromancer and Dracula fights in this video and they just melt. And that are the skellies doing the work. This isn't the first time either. As soon as those bosses stop they just get skellied to death by about a 100 cuts. You can also kinda see it with a few of the elites trying to run through them at 15 mins plus.
have you tried a run with Kront, having as much armor as possible, and using his Sign that converts armor into damage? you become literally a glass canon, and if you have mort and time with it, it becomes really hard to die to regular mobs
I have, but I just got the axe that gives 100 armor so I might take another go at it.
Idk if you have any of these or better but I run Skadi with a green parrot sword and necklace, dragon artifact and Skelton helmet. I run the white raven skill for her and if you get summoner early on (I have like 8 alteration and 8 reroll dice) you defeat D30 Dracula in like 2 sec. It’s pretty nutty. For best results time and mort.

My Avoron and Kront both have dual dragon setups if I want to run them though.
I would also say the rune that makes everything adept or better is wayyyy better than it sounds and ends up making Avoron a lot stronger.
I think force dps is inflated because 19 minute wave. I picked mine around wave 17 for the first time, and it was in the top of dps

Try and find "Increased Master Offers" oh your Head and Necklace equipment. Generally the best stat in the game.
Not sure why every streamer likes Ravens, they looked like the did good against the 7min boss but then they fall off. Not as it shouldn't be picked ofcourse. Does necromancer steal stacks from Mayhem? With one stack of wisdom and no Execution, I might have missed if you did pick it up, then lvl 40 is great! I'm pretty sure xp despawn after a while cause usually you either have to pick infinte pickup range och get Force to reach a decent level. With or without Execution! The magnet shrine doesn't cut it :)
Ravens is almost exclusively for proccing Mayhem. Not sure about the necromancer thing.
Kinda what you are doing right now if you think about it you keep the gear but lose the skills
