@@ramanujamparthasarathy8592 Namaskaram sir your physician is the best person to answer this question.
Generally it is advisable to perform this exercise, which is the stress buster. But all over the body we are giving considerable efforts so that we will get complete sweating and helpful in dissolving excess calories.
But it involves a little bit of strain all over the body. As my personal opinion after performing the open heart surgery it is not advisable to perform the Surya namaskar with the form of this exercise which I have shown in the video.
