This video has inspired me to up the damage and accuracy of the 203mm_b4, near direct hits on a Ferdy should destroy it. Also, we've fixed the issue with it spawning without full crew. It moves faster with 5 guys pushing instead of 2.

I'm assuming your a dev, and I'd like to take the standpoint of someone who at least thinks they know enough to make a statement, but take my words with a grain of salt lol. I know nothing about game design, but I reckon that at the beginning of the video especially the 122 cannon should not be destroying tanks without a direct hit. Tracking? Yes. Destroying? No. Maybe what your going for was that the crew got so rattled they left the undestroyed tank on their own accord? I'm not sure, but if that's the case could you make it more clear in game?
Would be nice if people who have open beta could play multiplayer too...youtubers and streamers cover all the things we cannot play for months for now who just makes me lose more and more interest in the game.
@@VarenvelDarakus Current plan is that MP will be coming to open beta when its ready. TH-camrs showing PvE. PvP still has a few issues that need sorting to ensure a good experience for everyone.

The 205mm has a very low effeciency when crewed by 2 men as displayed by the info bracket on the right when the gun is selected. I'm not sure what efficiency encompasses but I bet that a higher efficency improves reload speed, accuracy and speed of movement/ aiming.

Range is 300+ so won’t need to move much, also has now been corrected to spawn with a crew of 5. Can be towed by truck too.

I don't know about anyone else, but the sounds of artillery in the background and battle is a little calming. Perhaps this games sound and this mans voice are just too good.

This game is really realistic. . 2 soldiers can push the B203 howitzer. In reality 2 people can't even push a bulldozer.
You actually can add few more crewmates to B-4, (+/-7) , it probably gonna be faster ot at least more accurate

the BM-4 never had an engine, it was pulled by other vehicles, it was on tracks so they didn't have to extend a special platform to fire it and could just deploy it as is, it had an engine in MoW AS2 in error or in convenience of not sticking a truck on it
I would just like to see some definition between the different military defences just a little spin on each of em an the engineers maybe able to build full length trenches

I suggest you to use ammo truck to tow Artillery or AT guns, and if possible, get a squad of infantries in the truck too,

It would be neat to see you play as one single soldier or Tank crew( in first or 3rd person view)as much as possible to see if you could survive the battle. Maybe a short 10 or 15 min battle. Haha

the 203mm was so slow and inefficient because it only had 2 of the 5 crew needed

Maybe the heavy artillery needs more than 2 crew.. in the last part, the one crew is in the charger not in the second gunner that is needed to aim.
@raptor The 203mm m1934 b4 gun was pulled by the heavy voroshilovets tractor crawler that was based on the t-28 tank chassis. 3 people could sit in the cab and the rear of the vehicle could carry the crew and ammunition, the gun could be towed at a between 5-15kph. Could really do with that in game i think, or maybe it is?

A 155mm HE has a kill radius of 10 meters on soft targets. A full battery of 6 guns would be pretty deadly especially with a fire for effect on a crowded intersection like that.

The heavy artillery can be towed by the inbuilt flak vehicle
Nice game. BTW the 152mm guns were and still are a THING on the conventional battlefield. A battery of 152mm guns with proper gun crew training can annihilate anything, and I mean anything that you can see. Not even the most modern armored vehicle can withstand a 152mm artillery shell direct hit.
First time seeing the gameplay of this game, but I do know that heavy artillery needed help from the logistic truck for fast transport. (Me using a different game logic)

That's probably why not many countries use 203mm howitzers anymore, only 152 or 155mm now.

Your 203mm was only at 40% efficiency I think you needed to man it with more crew for better accuracy
you can have a guy with telescope to increase accuray aside your artilleary
40% efficiency of B4. U may add more men and maybe it will be faster.

Am I the only one wondering why he's putting artillery on the Frontlines and not in the back? I mean... They were supposed to provide long range fire support, where they would be able to lop shells down ontop of the enemy... Or is it just me?

game great. only it is unrealistically good. if we had such arty and tanks ata same time for same field commander we would win in 1942. actually - tanks faught sepaarately. infantry was thrown separaately, alone. arty was somwhere in the back and you were asking frontline commander for arty support, which he dinied. when beating gerries and their allies in 1944 and later - then was some order and combined arms.

I’m not sure if they can be fueled but I know that a crew of 5 will push at a higher speed.

Hey Raptor, I want to pick your brain quick if you have time. There is an RTS game that was in WW2, like this one, but sometime during the campaign zombies/demons and the like started to appear. I thought it was "Gates of hell" but that is not correct. I can't think of the game now and I am drawing a blank, I am hoping this is on your radar and know the name.

Modern war is already on Call to Arms and it's boring. WW2 is still the best for this type of game. Also this game runs way more smooth than men of war. Maybe upgrade your PC.

Great Emperor here, go back to school kiddo, if you can't understand the functionality of the BR-5 Howitzer, then stop using it! Your not worthy of it. You don't need to push it closer to the frontline you can clearly use the BR-5 Howitzer in the rearline as artillery support while the tanks would suppress the enemy tanks and infantry at will. The Emperor is displeased.
