Thankyou so much for this. Ordered a couple of checks online for a fraction of the cost of the OEM part (was a little worried about quality but they turned out to be great), and did both front doors on my daughters '06 Corolla in around 45mins. Everything worked out exactly per video. The hardest part was getting the little covers open for the first screw above the door lever!

You guys have every video I need. Thanks.
Thank you my brother! I just had to do this on a 2004 Pontiac Vibe. No problemo.
step by step perfectly detailed instruction
Thanks ....great job...just did my driver's side.
Great vid, I will use this for my Toyota Prius from 2007. Door panel looks exactly the same, so connctions should not be that different either 😊.
thank you for your time
Are the door checks the same on both sides or is there a right and left?
Great video!
Great video thanks!!
nice video, but why not to simply fix it by replacing the little 2 plastic peices inside?
What is that green nub at 1:09/5:15? Is that just a wire splice or does it have another purpose?
This also works for 2009-2010 same thing
they literally could have easily designed the car, so the checker can be removed from OUTSIDE the gd door
