Advanced Métis Finger Weaving

In this video from 1993, the advanced sash weaving patterns are introduced by Karon Shmon, including diamond arrowhead, arrowhead, rainbow, filmstrip, and salt and pepper. How to weave the diamond arrowhead pattern is demonstrated.

I may not be a Métis but if I was making this kind of sash It would probably be crazy colorful and make the colors shaped differently from one another to represent my autism and how I'm proud to be one. Some great people like Albert Einstein, Tim Burton, Satoshi Tajiri (the creator of pokemon), George Orwell, Bill Gates, Temple Grandin, and others like them made an impact of sorts in the world, all because they were born with this gift. Can a none Métis do this beautiful and fun-looking weaving? I simply love to craft.
