I get full gists of her personalities and intention alone just in anime. Ruling school as a student council, creating pet system, hand picking (while some were recommend) council members, adjusting election voting rule in her methods Every single things she had done so far is only for her amusements. She is enjoying herself as an audience everyone were giving all out for their lives and fortunes and everythings they had in her systems and rules she created.

@@spec2sso578 I would agree but the academy only attracts the wealthiest and worst of people to begin with, to go into an academy where you pretty much have to gamble for everything from wealth and keeping your status, you accept the risks. As far as I recall the academy within the lore has always been like this, all she did was implement rules and regulations which allows those who are adept with lies and deception or those with sheer gambling prowess to rise through the ranks, figuratively and literally. Even though she mostly does these things for her own amusement, I think it could be argued that she deserves some credit for keeping a certain order and fairness in a place that would easily devolve into a far worse and chaotic pit without her.
I like to call them the yin and yang of madness. On the one hand, they are the complete opposite of each other when it comes to temper and the ways they act and on the other hand, they are basically equally as insane. I also love how their respective color schemes perfectly display that; Yumeko with her red eyes and black hair losing herself in the passion for gambling and Kirari with her white hair and blue eyes being cold and calculating. The dynamic between those two is the main reason why this anime is so brilliant to me.

Not just that but people also say that it's boring because yumeko's bound to win every gamble which is dumb because she literally lost the very FIRST gamble we saw her play. Plus, jabami isn't entirely the main character. The show is centered around the people around her and their characterization. You literally see how bad losing to yumeko is for them since they can literally lose their lives. That's honestly a good way to portray character imo.

The episode where she walked in on the match between the ancient culture club president and yamiko was where I legit actually fell in love with the character. She has so much authoritive power that she can just walk in with her sister and Runa, and basically do anything. That paired together with the music makes it worth watching, the music complements everything.
