It looks like tint, maybe comparable to Peripera???
The model for the lip colour they showcased on the billboard looks stunning

I think the tenacious vinyl ink, & ringleader superstay are the same shade..

Let me clear things out the shade Seductress would be perfect dupe in vinyl is Cheeky because it's nude /nudish & don't base on the arm swatches just put on the lips instead & you will see the similarity the color hence, Tenacious shades more on the pinkier side the perfect shade dupe is versatile or enthusiast from Brooklyn blush collection although they're both collection are on pink collection/ vinyl pink mix don't match it there's appropriate color saturation each shade❤
