VERSION UPDATE 1.04.01: Again, no major changes, just adjustments to move consistencies. VERSION UPDATE 1.03.01: Reina escaped the nerf hammer... for now. Some small tracking nerfs on a couple of moves, and WRA 34 is now unparryable (because of the airborne status), but no changes to how you would play her.
I already have another character for next week but I can do his guide after that. Reina wasn't even supposed to be this week's character but the patch messed everything up, so I had to move things around.
