UK sub here the Charity commission only regulates and can only statutorily ban trustees like in Naomi's case. Maybe if they find illegal activities such as money laundering or abuse they can forward those findings to the NCA. National crime Agency which is the UK's version of the FBI.
All of these celebrity foundations/charities/initiatives need to be investigated because odds are Naomi Campbell isn't the only one.

We all could’ve made different choices. I could’ve made choices to get with the older man and the abuse and the later on come back and they took advantage of me. But we allow people to get in the position of taking advantage of us. We need to learn personal accountability and responsibility. Yes I’m sure they once they get trapped in his labyrinth. It’s hard to get out. But most of them put themselves there.
