the harvesting paths should be as short as possible and should end in a stockpile. You can use the dispenser for feeding the queen, shortening that path as well.

The dispensers seem overpowered, how long is their range? You can slap stockpiles near the loose scrap and have short hauling routes with the dispenser putting it in a different stockpile, closer to home.
