The kings, emperors, and other supreme royal titles are given kings that are huge, and act like bosses with almost maximum power, with the ultimate boss being the Holy Roman Emperor. Defeat the ultimate boss and your army will represent the entire Holy Roman Empire, until some other player comes in and uses his army to overthrow you, downgrade you, and eliminate all of your pieces...
