I love my Hunter. I’ve had it for 7 months now, and I have taken it on plenty of city streets and highways, some brief interstate jaunts, and in mountains riding up and down mountain roads whilst moto camping in North Carolina. Like you said, you can do the interstate if need be, but it’s not where it thrives, but in the city and on those twisties and mountain roads, it has more than enough power, is extremely flickable, is loaded with character, and will definitely put a smile on your face every time you get on the bike and ride.
Really glad you brought up so much about utilizing the transmission and gears. Tells me I’ve been not using them to their potential and short shifting when I can get so much more and reach higher speeds than I have been.
Same here on the north Texas backroads and outside Austin. Just picked this bike up as my first and it’s been a blast. If you’re ever in the area we can ride together!
As someone mentioned in another review, there is more fun to ride slow bike fast than fast bike slow. Awaiting delivery of my Hunter that will compliment my other 1000cc 120bhp bike. Great video, btw.
Got mine back in June from Throttle Company. Loving every minute spent on the back of my Hunter. I’m a beginner and this bike has proven to be the perfect platform to learn how to ride. He mentioned that it’s kind of small, but I’m 6’1” and have no problems with the controls. Highly recommend this bike, especially if you’re looking for something to learn on.
@@NoFrictionZone, cool! Hope you get one and love it as much as I love mine. It’s just a fun bike to ride. As a bike to learn on, you’ll find it very forgiving. I’ve made a few newbie mistakes that I’m sure would have resulted in a drop on most other bikes. Not on my Hunter.
Dylan I was rolling with all the witty quips you had.... "I don't even mind the smoke that guy was putting on me" Classic! Great review as always, and I'm so glad I'm not the only one who thought the exhaust was more Brappy! These are such good bikes.
These look so sick. I want one to customize to the max and be a shit kicker thrasher bike to beat up. Wonder how much HP you could squeeze out of it with a better cam, ECU flash, exhaust, etc? I would love to slide this around town do drifts and burnouts. Can you buy it without ABS?
I like my Hunter but I’m going to sell it. I’ve ordered a semi custom bike with the same philosophy as the 350. A Janus 450. 😮 Thanks for riding the loop for us!
@@throttlecompany haha! Nothing can stop me!😆I’ll keep the R1250RT for fast and far rides. The Harley is going. Some day I’ll finish or dump the Buell projects. And I still have the ST1100 that I’m not riding. I figure the mission of the 350 and the Janus 450 are nearly the same. Plus I like weird bikes. Now that Royal Enfield is becoming mainstream in the US, how can I get weirder?

@@Ariel-ve8kw as someone who is 6’1 tall, about 210bs, would this bike be too small for me?? I’m also looking to get my first bike!!

Great to hear!
Awesome I've been riding scoots but heading for the Hunter precisely for what you said. Thanks for posting.

Glad to see you back in the loop..
You are extremely articulate. This was great to watch.
Yes Dude!!!! Thanks for doing this! I’ve been hoping for ya to do the Hunter! I always love your take on the bikes!
I always enjoy your reviews. I can't wait to see your ride on a Super Meteor.
I bought this bike a week ago and its been really fun to ride.

Noooooo! Don’t do it! I’ve ridden a few Janus motorcycles and they are half the bike and twice the price. I feel a need to stop you.

Please don’t, this is like your friend marrying someone that you know would be a huge mistake!
@@throttlecompany I'm glad you said it too! Dan, you didn't tell me you were selling, only that you were buying!
Hunter 450 launch in early 2024
Good to see and hear from you again. I hope nothing bad has kept you away.
Went and looked at one the other day. It's a really small bike. But it's definitely a nice one!!
Love My Rebel Blue Hunter 350 ❤
Yay! After ages!!!
👍Yep -- great to see Dylan back in the loop.
1:57 the other bike, is that super meteor?
Despite me personally thinking the bullet and classic are slightly better looking the hunter would be my choice.
That is the one I like. wish
