So pleased that someone has been able to upload these videos from Grand Prix. I have this song, Like I Do and Westwind on VHS (my Dad was their record label rep/Manager at the time) but no means to actually play them, so thank you for uploading.
I have always said that this song is one of the finest ever Power Ballads but due to none of their stuff being available on the likes of Spotify it's hard preach this to anyone these days. A wonderfully crafted song, superb arrangement (the strings are class), which still stands up today.
Such a shame this song didn't give them the springboard they needed into the mainstream. However it was great to see Phil and Bernie go on to have the incredible career they have had with Uriah Heep in the years since.

They were supporting act to Manfred Mans Earth Band, for two concerts at the Dominion Theatre in London, winter of 1981.

The played quite regularly at the Golden Lion in Fulham, when I first saw them they were called Paris but had to change their name when they got a deal, it's a shame they weren't as successful as they should have been, just bad timing i think with punk becoming the in thing. I did have the vinyl of the first album from when it was first released and have the CD as well now.
