My dream bike i love ktm bike 250 😘😘😘
KTM Duke 250 bhp 30 @ 9000 rpm, Nm 24 @ 7250 rpm and 161 kgs with Top Speed 142 kmph and Honda CBR250R bhp 29 @ 9000 rpm, Nm 23 @ 7500 rpm and 164 kgs with Top speed 164 kmph which do you think is better you decide for yourself.

I am planning to buy duke 250 over dominor ...is it a good choice .. i know That the domnior is more powerful but I have heard from a lot of people that Bajaj cannot be trusted ...also the looks of the new 250duke is great ..which one should I buy ..hell confused ...which one is better according to you

Correction: Subframe does not influence handling. Engine and shocks are connected to the main frame. Subframe is just to hold the tail section.
I am newbie rider..Should I buy a Duke 200 or 250?! I am ready to spend extra 30k for 250 but only for specific reasons..the seat comfort and height of the bike... performance doesn't matter fa me as duke 200 itself more than enough for me..I am 6feet high and weigh 80kgs...so d200 looks small when i am riding...
so plz suggest me which one should i buy..
Gowtham V the Duke 250 should suit you more, as its a more usable, more comfortable motorcycle and suits taller riders better

A big thank you to Motoroids and as always the first one to come out with the video.1 question though - how refined is the engine? I have 220 avenger and it's something I m looking to replace. The bike has too much vibrations around 90-100kmph. How would this hold up during a cruise around 90-100? Thanks in advance.
+ram kulkarni there are some minor vibrations to be felt around the footpegs at around 6k rpm and therafter, but nothing worth a bother. Cruising at the speed you mentioned would be a breeze for this one

I've recently bought this bike (on 02/04/2017). Everything's fine but the engine heats up very much even over a small distance and the radiator turns on, say , within a distance of 6-7 km. I'm also not revving the accelerator too much and driving the bike under 60 km/h. But still, the engine heats up a lot and very quickly.
Is that a normal thing or is there something that I should get checked?
The gears also make a lot of noise while shifting which shouldn't be the case.
What do you suggest I should do? Please help!!

d4dracula2010 the engine temperature goes up when you rev it hard for a prolonged period, but I didn't feel any bothersome heat dissipation on my legs
fz25 or duke250 in terms of cornering, fun commuting, longrides? is the duke250 overpriced?
+Kaveen Mano well, the Duke 250 is more powerful, gets slipper clutch, handles better and looks smashing. It is slightly on the expensive side but is a more solid product than the FZ. For handling and fun, the Duke 250. For commuting, the FZ

NMD The G310 would be a more premium and more expensive product. Also its difficult to compare the two at this point as we have not ridden the BMW.
How is the bike for touring purpose?? Especially regarding the comfort and engine heat dissipation.

fz25 or Duke 250... my purpose is primarily office commute in peak Bangalore traffic and occasional long drive.. price to me is not factor... need suggestions more from comfort standpoint... my height 5' 11

If it’s just for office, fz25 would be a better option. As it wouldn’t heat up as duke would, in traffic.

Ajinkya gurav top speed on the track was a speedo indicated 137km/h. The bike with its soft suspension looks good for touring. expect a fuel efficiency of about 25 kmpl, though we have to test the bike outside the track ror the final word on that aspect
the duke 200 also top speed of 137 even it have low power and juzz in 200 cc

Hi, i am a owner of RC 390. I have been facing a lot of quality issues like radiator fan stoping which turns out to have high coolant temp. And air filter box cracking, rattling sound from the battery cover etc.
Has KTM and Bajaj have taken any measures on this?

SPORT PACK shouldn't be an issue, but the 250 is slightly higher than the 200. Ensure you take a test ride though.

+vatsal savani it's a bit of a bafflement for everyone. However, the FZ is lighter and has its gearing tuned that way. The Duke also has a lot of juice above the 100 mark, the FZ fades out after that though
