Sohyang has the most balanced mix even in the fourth octave but she doesn't utilize belting often so it sounded weaker than Lara's and Mariah's whose mid belts are heavy and have more chest voice.
Tbh, Mariah's F#5 sounded more pleasant to my ears, her tonal quality is already beautiful. I have no words to say. Lara's able to belt on F5 and F#5 enormously, sustaining them with ease but distorted and darkened so they are not as good as Mariah when it comes to timbre.
They are all great singers and strong in their own characteristics. I have respect for all of them. I am a fan of Sohyang but I appreciate musicality of both Mariah and Lara.

They are all technically proficient, but when I listened to the two of them, its like I were listening to a mono speaker. The other one, she is so UNIQUE its like listening to a stereo speaker. The first speaker is all notes, tone etc while the other speaker its all emotions and enunciation. And the vocal sound coming out of the speakers is clear, clean and pure , very magnetic in nature.

Mariah's correct vocal type is Lyric Coloratura Soprano, her prime it was Fioritura Soprano - a higher level of Coloratura. So there is not vocal techniques in Bel Canto that she couldn't do and even ate up some opera singers in the advanced skill in singing, except headvoice resonance. Lara have the best resonance in this, then Mariah. Sohyang's upper belts are twangy resonance, so she couldn't beat even a single note of Mariah or Lara.
