Everyone else already said it, but I’m happy that you’re finally enjoying another Coke Studio 🇵🇰 song! You don’t do that enough, really. It’s such a treasure of great music, that you should ideally react to a Coke Studio 🇵🇰 every fortnight. Consider scheduling it in your planning. 😋 And I’m also aware that everyone else is saying it, and I’m just repeating it because it’s important: TURN THE LYRICS ON!! 📣💥🌪🧨😫 If you enjoyed hearing Abida Parveen, who is a legend by the way, please also watch the Coke Studio 🇵🇰 songs “Aaqa” (which she performed with the tremendously talented Ali Sethi) and “Dost”. Speaking of Ali Sethi, you should REALLY, REALLY watch his videoclips as well. “Chan Kithan” and “Chandni Raat” in particular. 🥰 The songs are not just utterly beautiful, but the clips are thought-provoking as well. I have so many songs in my mind from Coke Studio 🇵🇰 that I want you to react to as well: “Rang” by Hadiqa Kiani, “Bewajah” by Nabeel Shaukat, “Paar Chanaa De” by Noori & the wonderful Shilpa Rao, many more. ♥️💐🥳 Oh yes, one other thing: if you guys really liked Chaap Tilak, then there is - among millions - another wonderful version sung by the terrific Richa Sharma on some Indian competition tv show revolving around singing performances. I think the tv show was called Dhoom Macha De, and the jury members were Shankar Mahadevan, Sharmila Tagore, and Prasoon Joshi. Malaika Arora was the presenter. Do look it up! 🤩
And also Maula-e-kull , yaar ko humne jaabja dekha...are one of my favourites. M thankful that i got the opportunity to listen legendary Abida Parveen.😍🙏🙏
This was the song I used to listen every day back in my early 30’s. I can still connect to my memories ( mostly walking out of very less populated suburb) while listening this song. “Kabewali gali which yaar da makan” was the one I used to play after this song.
Okay you guys, go for Ustad Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan sahab, uncle of Ustad Rahat, he is the godfather of ALL THIS, his voice, his range, everything is incomparable.
i dont think they are ready for him. right now they are only focusing on voice quality not the lyrics. there is no point of listening to Ustad NFAK if you cant understand the essence in the lyrics. dont you agree?
Ohh yeah, absolutely, i agree, every word that we listen from him is magical, and with meaning it becomes golden, they can get it subbed i guess, if they cant, then i would say, dont watch. KORBIN! Get the subs, or, dont react to him

No disregard to you both, but, I felt great pride by looking at you moving your heads rhythmically on the music, without even knowing the deepest thoughts and meaning of the song. Had you been accustomed with the words meaning and their actual thoughts behind the meaning of the words, your life would have gained a lot. It's like someone finding a rare and precious wine and he washed his hands with this precious thing without even knowing that how much he missed. I personally respect all of you people listening the songs of our great singers, but it would be much beneficial to you all if you first get the meanings and references of the songs. Chaapp Tilak Sab Cheeni , is a Ghazal written and composed by Amir Khusro, a 14th-century Sufi mystic, in popular Western Indian language Braj Bhasha. Due to the resonance of its melody and mystical lyrics, it is frequently heard in Qawwali concerts across South Asia. Chaapp Tilak Sab Cheeni is considered as Amir Khusru‘s most known Kalam which is basically a penned version of his imagination of devotion and the joy of oneness with the eternal one. ❤️

Oh yes, one other thing: if you guys really liked Chaap Tilak, then there is - among millions - another wonderful version sung by the terrific Richa Sharma on some Indian competition tv show revolving around singing performances. I think the tv show was called Dhoom Macha De, and the jury members were Shankar Mahadevan, Sharmila Tagore, and Prasoon Joshi. Malaika Arora was the presenter. Do look it up! 🤩
OMG you just said everything in one comment that I've been trying to say for such a long time, thankyou. PEASE REACT TO THESE RICK AND KORBIN 🙏🙏🙏
And also Maula-e-kull , yaar ko humne jaabja dekha...are one of my favourites. M thankful that i got the opportunity to listen legendary Abida Parveen.😍🙏🙏
This one has lovely lyrics... Best part is it was written by Amir Khusrau around 11-12th century and people are actually listening to it now also.
This was the song I used to listen every day back in my early 30’s. I can still connect to my memories ( mostly walking out of very less populated suburb) while listening this song.
“Kabewali gali which yaar da makan” was the one I used to play after this song.
What an honest reaction channel! I feel like I'm watching with you both..you guys are great!!
KORBIN! Get the subs, or, dont react to him
👏👏👏
Nushrat saab's singing 💚💚💚 unmatchable
@@dipakchauhan2336 true🔥🔥🔥
Coke studio is a perfect blend of classical and western music ....ar Rahman...u will get the best of indian classical here.❤
When Rahat Sahab started singing:-
Rick : 😣
Korbin: 😮
😂😂😂
With you all respect I really honored that I am part of these great songs of coke studio seasons as head of audio, whenever I saw these reactions of different people I was crying and only thanks to ALLAH PAK to gives me that opportunity and thanks to all who loves our work ❤❤❤❤🙏🙏🙏🙏
My god Rick looks so much handsome in the Kurta!!! ❤️❤️
U got only 0.0001% of this song it will take life to understand poetry and when sufi singer sung this it will take into other dimension .....
Sufi Muslim here 😂 not just by ethnicity but also by the way i live
True
When He Sing We Don't need Any Instruments... 🇮🇳
You should listen with the subtitles, coke studio has subtitles in three languages i.e. Hindi, Urdu and English
Without knowing lyrics you can't feel the essence of song. It reduces to half but u can feel the music
We feel proud to hear Rahat sir. My generation will always remember you. Love from India...
Ohhh GOOSEBUMPS.....
KESARIYA BALAM, folk song of RAJASTHAN, must listen..
"SHANKAR MAHADEVAN sang some best classical songs."
He is a south Indian but sings in hindi as well as in marathi language.
I hope you guys put the captions on, the translation is pretty spot on
Loved Rick's face expressions 😍 He was soo into the song!!
Rahat Fateh Ali Khan and Abida Parveen are the most soulful voices ever produced in Pakistan.
Good luck for your future ventures.🙏🙏
react to " wohi khuda ha " coke studio and "Tajdaar e haram " coke studio
It's from Pakistan. Both singers and coke studio. They are amazing and talented
@Komala K stop bickering about something you don't know
It takes 5 mins for you guys to start fighting just f**king enjoy the song.
@Komala K As an Indian and a human, we refuse to accept you. GET OUT!
@Komala K beta komala wo sab singers aj tak pakistani singers ko copy karte aye hai nusrat sahab junoon junaid jamshed and many more baki chappa factory ke baray mai to pata hoga agar nahi pata to send karu link kya ? 😁🤭
Could you people respect music and Amir Khusroo.. Pakistan has given some really beautiful songs which tug the heartstrings while Indian music has given the same. Enjoy Hindi, Enjoy Urdu and be thankful that we know English. We have the best of all worlds.
This is a bond between India and Pakistan , Hindu and Muslim , though we try to be different from each other ,but actually we r one people ,not Just us but the whole world .
Lol we are NOT.
Abida Parveen and Rahet are legends and I am from India but love these Pakistani singers. They are simply legends ,no other word can describe them.. love from India
I think you should react to nusrat fateh ali khan now it's high time . The legend
You should react to the original Afreen Afreen, sung by his uncle Ustad Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan Saab.
Ustad nusrat fateh ali khan is the god of singing 🙏🙏
Madam Abida always send me in another dimension
Such dad, such son. Rahat Fateh Ali Khan you're still keeping that grace high. Love and respect from an Indian brother.
Throwback to good genuine reactions
Really wish you guys had the subs on. Some surreal spiritual stuff going on in the lyrics
Omggg!!! They listened to abida parveen!!!! ❤❤❤
You guys should also react to gulzar and abida parveen's - kabir!
Goodness... Finally you did react to the masterpiece
Yes. Finally.
I ve watched this reaction video like 18 times and it was for Rick's reactions
both are legendary singers
abida parveen sahiba is 1 of the greatest sufi singer of all time
Always turn on Subtitles so you understand actual meaning. As these lyrics are very meaningful and important to understand soul of love.
PS Coke Studio has subtitles in all of its songs.
React to Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan's videos. He was the teacher of Rahet Fateh Ali Khan. He is at another level.
The pitch perfect singing and the smooth analog traversing of notes comes from training in Indian classical music. This song is actually based on Raga Yaman
He is not trained by indian. He is trained by his uncle Nusrat fatah ali khan and both are pakistanis. Rahat started to sung songs for indian films in 2006-007 dont lie
@@NovelLoverszone Dude just shut up already.
@@NovelLoverszone music of Indian subcontinent encompasses all these styles
@@NovelLoverszone I never said he was trained by an Indian. Classical music tradition predates partition by several centuries, so let us not be parochial
Thank you guys for this..my all-time fav rendition with the revered duo ❤️ I had the privilege to watch Abidaji live in Feb 2020...unreal experience! 🌹
No matter how far we are separated by our governments, we will always be tied together by our music 🎶 i love Rahat jee however when Abida jee sings, it connects my soul to the lord. God bless her with health ❤️❤️❤️
Finally after a century you reacted to this beautiful song
After that cringe office comparison video this one is much needed blessing😯
After that Office's Indian version video.. this is such a relief 🙏🙏❤
You both are great 👍🏼
Awesome reactions from you both...
Glad I saw your reactions cuz they are the best...
Glad to see the encouragement in real Sufi music and the queen of Sufi songs ” Abida Parveen “
Oh my stars. I cannot believe my eyes and ears. I can finally die in peace now!!!! But I won't cuz there's a lot I need to see you react to yet 🤣
He's from Pakistan. and people talking about music transcends all boundaries, well he is a pakistani singer, also his uncle, The Legend, ustad NFAK is pakistani, and we're proud of these people, so if you say what a great indian singer even unintentionally, it hurts.
We used to be the same country once so even indians love them and don't think they belongs to pak only
@@jnyanendrarajbongshi603 Yeah India loves Pakistan so much it's trying to be Israel and illegally occupy Pakistan and make it India. Thanks but we don't need that kind of love.
@@aishaarshadalam3412 inshallah we will have pok one day and baloch will have his independence
@@jnyanendrarajbongshi603 they belong to pakistan only we hate these cunts who love to kill our soldiers
@@jnyanendrarajbongshi603 i think what he is trying to say when you call him indian, you take away our identity. Yes we used to be one and we basically arenthe same people, but we chose to be Pakistani and You chose to be Indian. So I guess we should at least respect and acknowledge each other's identity. Cheerd
Respect and love to my neighbors... God level performance... Rahat jee you are next to Almighty... 🙏 from India🇮🇳
I respect your emotions but calling any Muslim that he gave a god level performance or comparing them to almighty quality is not at all a compliment, but an insult.
@@iamhusain94 that depends upon ur upbringing brother. We are humans first then all these segregation in the name of religion comes which is man made! Please refrain ur thinking!
In sufi music such as this one the lyrics are pretty deep too.
It can easily be seen on the faces of both of the singers.
Really appreciate you guys for what you do . You should listen to his uncle , Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan he will blow away your mind .
Why the way both the singers are from Pakistan .
And this kind of songs are called sufi , or in other words soulful.
The lady is Abida Parvin she is my favourite .
RESPECT .............
Yup Rahat is great, but his Uncle and Teacher, Ustad Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan's voice and Musical Genius is a touch apart.
He's the God of Indian Music.
Are u sure he is Indian?
If you want to start with Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan then start with either Dulhe ka Sehra Or Mere Rashke Qamar cz if you start with any other then you guys will have your head blown off by the high pitch notes he does so easily. That's Ustad Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan Sahab for you.
And Nusrat sahab was from Pakistan
please react to him, PLEASE
@@sushreepadhi legends like NFAK, Md Rafi, PT Jasraj , ghulam Ali (many more) Doesn't belong to just any one country, they belong to the whole humanity
@@rohitpasi9020 Sorry sir I didn't intend the thing I said in a wrong way like they confused RFAK as an Indian. I do know music has no boundaries. But basically both of them are from Pakistan. I didn't mean it in religious sentiment way. I respect all religions and countries equally.
Korbin: What other Coke Studio songs should we react to?
Stupid Babies: Madari.😑
Exactly... 😂😂😂😂
Exactly..😂😂😂
Rockstar
Master Salim
But it's Coke Studio India and as they stated in the video it will get blocked in the first place
No disrespect to Rahat Fateh Ali Khan, but his uncle Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan was an artist par excellence. Rahat would be lucky to be 10% as talented as Ustad Nusrat.
Rahat would agree with your statement.
i second to that
110 % perfect
Rightly said...
Why even compare? They're both artists most others can only dream of ever being as good as.
I am blown away Rick you said 'Ustad ji Zakir Hussain' its truly a big respect man
Pure bliss. Music has no boundaries nor identity. Just music.
I would love to see you guys react to "Gulon mein rang" coke studio by ali sethi. With the subtitles on, which comes in urdu, english and the romanji version.
Arijit Singh one in Haider is better, though this one is no less! 🙌🏻
I am in the another world during listening to these legends
One of my favorite songs from coke studio......mesmerizing 🙏
These singers are masters of sufi form of music/song. Sufi form either has the touch of spirituality or totally spiritual.
Priceless reaction. Yous got the feels from their voices.
