This is so informative. What a great service you are doing for people. I keep putting off my roof damage bc I'm afraid I'm gonna get screwed. This helped
Unfortunately, we are in the middle of a "fight" with Allstate regarding hail damage to our siding and roof from a hail storm that happened in cental KY at the end of February. It is now the end of April! This has been one of the most stressful experiences of our lives! Then, at the beginning of April we had a pipe burst and flood a third of our basement! That claim is going ok. Our agent told us that hail damage cannot accurately be seen by photos, so that's why they say "there is no evidence of hail damage." We've had 2 inspections by the same inspector, who works for Hancock. If photos cannot show hail damage, then why do they ask for photos? That's just crazy! It is ridiculous to us what we have had to do to try and prove our case and maybe having to hire a public adjuster, paying out money to get what is rightfully ours from all the premiums we have paid! Our roofer has been extremely helpful, but not sure what the next step will be. Very discouraging and upsetting to say the least. Sorry for the long message, but sometimes it helps to rant about it all. 😭
Insurance companies are no longer paying roof claims without having to sue them. Always get someone to represent you from the start it will definitely help in the long run.
Hello I am in the process of watching all of your videos as I am in the process also of filing a claim with my insurance company who’s not playing ball. They sent out an adjuster that we did not like that was not compassionate at all, my question is, should we tell our insurance company adjuster that we are looking to hire an independent adjuster? Also in regards to ALE, they said that they would use their vendors, can we refuse? Thank you.
This video is wild. Objectively, the five “tricks” you name are always a good idea - for all parties involved. This is not the issue. However, it’s abundantly clear you are fear mongering and planting seeds of doubt in the hope it leads to your monetary gain. This is a clearly slanted view and explanation of the claim processes. To that end, I will gladly discuss/debate any of these topics with you on a livestream or recording. Let me know when you’re available and I’ll set up and schedule.
I have over 200 videos which educate people on the criminal actions of insurance companies and their adjusters. It's no different than auto claims. Obviously you have very little knowledge of what public adjusters do or how they do things because apparently you believe we work in all 50 states or something lol 95% of PAs are only licensed in one state. Additionally, it's abundantly clear you live in some insurance adjuster bubble thinking companies pay claims and everyone is treated fairly Oh boy do I have the evidence and data to support the longstanding position insurance companies take of underpaying and denying claims. This will be fun. You have my information which I display at the beginning and end of videos Send an email with your information and resume including what insurance companies you have worked for and we will get you scheduled for a zoom call to debate any topics you want. Look forward to this.
30 years out of the adjuster business. Very obvious. We gladly welcome contractors on site. Submissive position. You are creating a combative situation that is unnecessary.

Great video
What should be done when an insurance adjuster stop responding and delay your claim?
Try the supervisor then file a complaint with your State Insurance Dept
Thank you,@@theclaimsquadpublicadjusters
Suggest you don’t be combative. That may be why they don’t want to deal with difficult people. This guy isn’t helping you.
Very informative. I like to learn how a claimant is going to try and trick me. Keep them coming.
Homeowners need to be fully educated on the way insurance companies and adjusters try to screw them

I get paid with the more damage I find. You are fear mongering and telling tall tales. Lots have chanced in 30 years.
great
You make some mighty wild and widespread claims about a broad group of people.
Prove me wrong
I'm all ears

You adjusters are as dishonest as the insurance companies you work for
Beware folks, his approach slows down the process and you won't get any more. 99% of IA are very good people. BEWARE.
