The new TOPS Szabo Express is perfectly sized double (or single) edged knife from the mind of Laci Szabo, a stalwart in tactical knife design, often bringing exotic but practical design elements to his fixed blade knives. The Express is a more straight forward and practical fighter with a fairly neutral handle and asymmetrical top and bottom bevels. This is a TOPS standard full tang coated 1095 blade with micarta handle scales, the thin stock makes even the more obtuse geometry of the top edge thin and slicey. This is an awesome and exciting new offering from TOPS and comes with an outstanding kydex sheath. If you're on the fence, time to jump off!

That Knife is absolute perfection.
One of the most criminally underrappreciated TOPS models for self defense is the Lioness. I wouldn't trade mine away for any knife.

Hey bud you should look into shock cord style of carry. If you want something in the wasteband that's the way to do it. Basically you attach a length of Paracord to the tip of the sheath and a fabric clip to the other end. Clip the clip on the pants and adjust the cord to hold the knife where you want. When you draw both the knife and sheath come out until the slack is taken up and it pops off. It's super comfortable, secure, and very easy to resheath since the sheath is now out hanging from the cord

Just got that knife last week! It's one of the most nimble & concealable double edged dagger(?)/fighter in my collection!!! An excellent knife, GREAT video too...

Bob ... one of the nicest combat fighter knives I have seen. My favorite is the Spartan Difensa, but this is now right up there. Contoured/sculpted scales and dual-edged just shy of 6" blade is fantastic. A slightly larger guard and/or top thumb ramp would be useful ... but wicked nonetheless. Thanks for the share. That Prather War Bowie is nice too!.

@@Ohyouknowbro I've seen the new Spartan Harsey Fighter in 1085/95), the Difensa V4 in MagnaCut, and the "PineBar" (Spartan Ka-Bar USMC Utility Knife) in MagnaCut. Own none ... and LUST it is !

A dagger with a different type of handle. Great sheath for discreta carry.
Maybe try a static cord carry iwb appendix. I do carry my Eickhorn UK2000 that way, it is very comfortable to me. Also, I know it is kind of cheesy, but a shoulder holster (flexcord or even a designated one) can work. Sry for my English

I carry my double edge Szabo Express in cross draw horizontal carry (I'm fine with looking like a pirate). As a double edge, it is a bit precarious to draw from almost any position.
Don't forget about the TOPS US Combat Knife also designed by Laci Szabo, a former US Marine.
