Compilation of flexibitity exercises - Sridevi Nrithyalaya - Bharathanatyam Dance

  • This video contains few asanas, stretches & flexibility exercises which are suitable for all age groups. These exercises have to be practiced daily to get the maximum benefit. Our copyright policies on SDN's productions
    Since SDN is run by SRIDEVI NRITHYALAYA TRUST, all the productions of SDN, be it music or dance, become intellectual property of the Trust. Sridevi Nrithyalaya Trust (SDNT) owns all the productions and will not allow anyone to download or use SDN videos/audios, even if it is meant for non-commercial purposes.
    With able legal guidance, our team works meticulously in curbing audios/videos of Sridevi Nrithyalaya that have been used in unauthorized ways and uploaded on social media. Though we do not put up copyright declarations in all our videos, we strictly adhere to legal formalities and procedures regarding copyrights.
    We work hard and spend a good time and amount of our resources to produce our music and dance videos. They are produced and uploaded on our social platforms solely to take our art to all those rasikas around the globe who are unable to reach us in person to enjoy SDN's art live.
    It is not about 'misuse' or 'trying to support' our dance and audio productions by just giving credits. Art is for all, for sure. Our productions uploaded on social media platforms are for the art lovers worldwide to WATCH and ENJOY but definitely not for copying or reproducing without SDNT's authorisation.
    SDNT has unanimously arrived at this decision and therefore, SDN or any individual from SDN would not be able to grant anyone permission to reproduce any of our works.
    All the productions of Sridevi Nrithyalaya are intellectual properties (Aural & Visual) of SRIDEVI NRITHYALAYA TRUST solely. Any person or channel infringing our copyright policies (which are mentioned in the description box in our TH-cam videos) will be given a 'copyright strike' which we might not be able to redeem at any cost.

    Absolutely amazing. No wonder why the SDN students dance with soul and generate the perfect saatvikam into the audience. Thank you for sharing this, helps many more dance students around. We will follow this and all credits to SDN

    I am practicing it since 6 months and it is really wonderful..where I was barely not able touch the ground floor ..but now I am able to do wht harince akka did as chakraasana..tq u so much 💝

    Perfect! You followed the actual yoga. If any asana is performed from left side then it should be performed from right side also, which u did 😊 also after backward bending, u did forward bending also. Keep it up 😊😊

    Hmm I do yoga and all these step are known to me but more important you have to reduce weight simaltaneously doing yoga and stretching...splits and needle splits are common in traditional dancing

    This is a great video, but it goes a bit too fast. There is not enough time between exercises to move to the next one so i miss some. I am older and these are great for keeping my body supple and moving.
