Prior to my diagnosis, (isthmic spondylolisthesis grade II, bilateral pars defect, bilateral stenosis, and basically no disc left between L5/S1), I was certain that I had some kind of issues with my SI Joints, so this makes a lot of sense! I consult with you in March. Perhaps you will have some good PT recommendations then. I haven’t had a lot of luck with finding a PT that really understands my issues or one that is able to tailor a program to suit my needs. Of all the doctors and PTs I have seen, it is my Pilates instructor who helped me understand my body and my condition the most, along with my own research. I’m so thankful for her and folks out there like you who are putting out this type of very useful information and making it accessible to those of us who are searching for answers. ❤
I have a similar situation where my butt ox is in pain I thought it might be cancer or something doctors tell me. It's muscle and skeletal but then I had some blood for two or three days the blood went away then two weeks later blood came back blood is gone pain is always on me I
