I just watched your latest video. I was mind blown and wanted to answer your question. We don’t actually follow the food padaiyal for Crows.
There’s one huge reason behind why we are not allowed to feed the birds.
National Environmental Agency(NEA) implemented this rules, because we don’t wish for birds to spread diseases.
Another reason is, birds faeces is actually a nuisance to everyone.
I’ve actually seen agencies using ways to reduce the amount of birds in Singapore.
This is madness.
