If in case British would have colonialised Africa the way they did in Asia, these countries wouldn't be poor like this. BTW British have colonised few African countries and most of those countries are rich countries in Africa.
What if British didn't colonised India, would we be poor, no (we were already richer than most of the European Countries at that time.) but we wouldn't have access to education and informations.
British puts lot of effort to educate south India when compared to other part of India( which is a selfish motivates by British because we had almost all the ports which is the only way of transferring OUR resources to there country).
They have rotted us almost everything from us, but one and only good we got from them is the ability to learn and educate ourselves.

Where are your sources bro? In TN, British didn't take efforts to educate people. It's the old Vedic system (which I'm not a fan of) and the political leaders who did all the efforts. Also India was loaded with wealth and we were great in Trade. We supplied spices across continents. We would have been well off without them. Learning English is not education.

Most of the educational system we have today is derived from British only (though they have updated still we are behind). I never spoke on English anywhere, rather we got more education and information in science, medicine, sports and so on.
@@johnpaul7283i am pretty sure we would've been fine without the britishers. The only good thing is because we learned English, we are able to connect better with the outside world. Even connect within ourselves as there are sooo many languages within India. But the medicine, sports, architecture and a lot of things were already there in India when they came here. So british in India has given us both advantage and disadvantages but the latter is def more.

I've been in Africa for last 3 years,there are lot of things to discuss about those African countries....the predominant reason of their poverty is politics...Malawi,Kenya,DRC...now I'm in DRC,One of the richest mineral wealth country,bt still more than 50% of people are starving for food

I highly doubt that 50% of income (Donations from other countries) are used properly.
I can almost guarantee there is something fundamentally wrong with Burundi Politics- AKA- Prime minister & higher officials.
Countries who really want to help them "without any strings attached" should first Fix that. Once you have a strong header who really wants the welfare of their people. The whole system will change.

The cost differs as per nations (slightly) one of my friend studies in Philipines another one in Georgia and another one in Ukraine (now he was in India) from their information their cost is around 25 to 30 lakhs (without other expenses)
And in my POV there aren't so many benefits (except 5 countries) but to work in India it was a burden only bcoz you need to do one year internship in India too then clear NEXT exam (based on new rule)
The only benefit is you just need to pass in NEET exam (in India with pass mark you need to pay in crores to finish graduation)
