When feeling your emotions feels difficult or scary (here's my advice)

  • In this video I'm sharing my perspective on feeling your emotions. It's important to process what we feel because holding, suppressing or ignoring them can accumulate to a bigger issue. Sometimes we already carry a lot of held emotions from past experiences if we haven't learned how to process. Then it can feel uncomfortable or even a little scary to allow all these sensations and feelings to come up. Therefore it's important to ask for help to get used to feeling and get support in this process from trusted professionals or at least loved ones.
