YES exactly!! We were surprised at the quality of their cucur and everything too, most of it is soft masuk angin already.. But price is really shocking
Same wei Siti..kena caj 35 tuk I sorang makan ..I ingat takpelah special punya kan ..pasembur tepi jalan hometown I kat Kajang lagi sedap ..redha jelah halalkan
First nak teka Pasembur or loghat utara kata Pasemboq, than I remember Nasi kandar & laksa (sebab like you both said, when Penang, its always nasi kandar & asam laksa 😅 Tapi saya kalau pergi Penang memang first sekali Pasembur la!
The most underrated and unthinkable question about rojak (variant) dish.. is about.. between all the ingredients inside rojak which is the most that people will choose to eat first and what they choose to eat the last.. me myself will eat tofu first but only just one and also will eat the other left tofu the last.. Donno why lah.. 😅😅😅 By the way whenever an Asian say it is not spicy.. just a little bit of spicy.. believe me.. It will be spicy.. For me.. my personal opinion is.. I do think it is not about what the level of that spicy.. it about how people get used to that types of specific chilli.. I don't know maybe I am wrong.. but sometimes I do get so overwhelmed by some weird chilli. And also the combination between two types of chili at one dish.. Malay called this effect as.. "pedas itu berlawan" I get a tiny bit worries whenever Kim talking while eating.. takut dia tersedak je lagi.. 😅 apa-apapun Wong.. entah berapa kali la you NIE ada "cheat day" dalam seminggu (makan sebarang sesuka hati) lepas TUU berapa hari pula kena "cover" balik dengan workout.. 😊
Tq wong & kim for introducing this pasembor shop..as tourist we never gonna know about place like this kalau x bertanya pd local..ask local they know the best..mmg nmpk sedap..have to try this..pls do more food hunting vlog 😂
Its been almost a year I haven't go back to my hometown in Penang and everytime I balik kampung never had a chance to go to the Georgetown area. It's been a while too I haven't had the pasembur there. Will definitely put this place in list and try it when I balik kampung sooner or later.
I agree that Koreans don't know about pasembur. They always order asam laksa, prawn mee and char kueh tiaw. Aya Wong, we Malaysians always fight to pay for the food and drinks...very normal thing for us, right?
I have this one shop bro from Yan,Kedah it is a Pasembur shop at the Sungai Yan Baazar... Since i'm kid my father always tapau pasembur from there... Sedap gila selalu kalau balik kampung selalu beli pasembur dia
you both want it to be super delicious you both should put some kimchi on it and i bet your kimchi pasembor is the best in the world also if you're open a restaurant at southern Korea it will be the best and number one choice in South Korea and Kim Jong Un the Rocketman also wanna try it👍🏻🫡🤣
1. Problem with pasembur in Penang... Get the wrong stall and it becomes an expensive affair. Personally, I prefer the fixed set in PJ 2. To Penangites, there is pasembur and there is rojak. Pasembur isn't made with fruits 😉
As selangorean, honestly peneng food just overated... Perlis and Terengganu much better..better food better vibes..terutamanya sepanjang pantai terengganu..pada peminat kopi, terengganu tempat terbaik dalam malaysia..coffee culture sane best..untuk pasembur, mmg padang kota scam..dah la mahal, tak sedap lepas tu owner kedai dengan pelayan kerek nak mampus..lepas tu tempat kotor..pelayan plak asik mendesak oder cepat..bro try pergi kajang ada satu rojak padu, taman zamrud.. thanks me later..tepi jalan je mesti jumpa
@@KimandWonglike you said you just have to know which shop to go, ask the locals. Plenty of Halal food worth the vibe in Penang too. Just because "someone" went to the wrong place and had a bad experience it's not fair to say Penang is overrated.
Bro...not only rojak in Penang is over rated but the culinary in Penang is over rated la. Whatever you want to eat in Penang can be found outside Penang...even better taste and presentation. Nasik kandar overflow in KL, Rojak also everywhere (over there they call Pasembor). Why la flodding Penang? So over rated la sana.
We cannot cancel 1 whole state just because some tourist trap shops are pretty bad other places are good too There are some shops which are still good..
You only eat the halal one, not the non-halal. Penang non-halal food is famous around the world. Otherwise Penang will not be the first choice for foreigners to visit in Malaysia.
@yewsingooi9573 no doubt on d non halal la bro. But when it comes to pasembor n nasi kandar...drfinitely over rated. My Korean ofc mate also said lots of non halal food in Penang boleh jumpa in PJ n Damansara

Just eat first and worry about the workout later lah malaysian style 🤣
I love rojak/pasembor!!
Us too! One of the best in Penang!

Setuju. Kat Padang Kota tu banyak 'Scam', bukan sedap mana pun
Yeahh teruk.. 1 teh ais pun dia nak 4rm.. Dahla ciar gila
Pasembor can get at gurney food court right? Good too.
Huge difference is price and quality of the ingredients.. This place is freshly fried and they dont overcharge
😅 terus lapar tgk diorg makan
Jemput makan 🤣🤣
Make more video on local food.. 👍🏻
I agree that Koreans don't know about pasembur. They always order asam laksa, prawn mee and char kueh tiaw. Aya Wong, we Malaysians always fight to pay for the food and drinks...very normal thing for us, right?
I cant accept it if they charge too cheap 🤣 He didnt even count anything just simply said 15 so I had to force them to take the money
I have this one shop bro from Yan,Kedah it is a Pasembur shop at the Sungai Yan Baazar... Since i'm kid my father always tapau pasembur from there... Sedap gila selalu kalau balik kampung selalu beli pasembur dia
kim..try camping pulak..
Okayy will try soon 👍🏻👍🏻
👍👍👍👍👍..nice vid bro..tq
Thanks for watching 👍🏻👍🏻
Apa beza rojak asma dengan pasembor selain lokasi?
kuah asma rojak manis sikit...tak berempah sangat macam kuah pasemboq...rojak singapore pulak gabungan dua rojak ni
@@noorhapizah xpernah tahu beza antara dua, yang tahu beza lokasi jer, satu kat Pinang satu kat Johor
@@ezharbakar8732 tak pernah try asma rojak ke?
Rojak asma dia ada mcm tempeh hati ayam semua kalau pasemboq dia lebih fokus cucur, keropok udang etc

Penang food very expensive especially at padang kota..
1. Problem with pasembur in Penang... Get the wrong stall and it becomes an expensive affair. Personally, I prefer the fixed set in PJ
2. To Penangites, there is pasembur and there is rojak. Pasembur isn't made with fruits 😉
Thats true, penang pasembur is slowly becoming a tourist killer and is getting a really bad reputation lately
Only in Malaysia we have to fight to give more.
Thats so true, we took quite a lot and even tambah little bit after but he didnt want to charge us full price 🤣
I lived in penang almost 30 years and dont go to padang kota to eat.Price very overpriced and not tasty
💯!!
sotong kurita - octopus
sotong katak - cuttlefish
sotong cumi - squid
Penang food is extremely overrated. I don't see the fuss over it.
Not all the stores are overrated 😁
Theres still a lot of good food but dont go popular places lah those are really tourist slayers
Padang Kota is a scam. Expensive and bad.
We feel the same way.. especially the cucur all masuk angin x crispy
Rojak fighting hehehe
Fighting fighting!
Im curious why she keep smelling before eating 😂
To smell the herbs bro!
@@KimandWong 🤣
1) english - cuttlefish
