I was born and raised in Bridgeport Alabama, just left about a year and a half ago, google only did bad for Bridgeport. It was good for PK at BP, and the hotel across the street, other than that, nothing good has come to Bridgeport. If I remember correctly, ALOT OF PEOPLE I knew lost their homes and land that lived on widows creek road. Bubba Hughes being mayor is why the city can’t move forward. All the town crackheads work for the city, the pool, the park, it’s all ran down, there was supposed to be a splash pad and stuff put in, hell idk how long it’s been now, nothing is done. So where is all this money going? How are these city workers building houses in halls subdivision that look like they’re worth $300k+? I just think bubba Hughes needs ran out, and the entire city council and officials need to be investigated and replaced if needed. When I was growing up we had, shit, almost everything to do, had ball fields, had a pool, had a nice park, the kids don’t have anything there anymore but drugs.

What i see is the price of everything going up and the wages still too low.
This is the reason they come here.
    To pay people less
