One flaw about this camera, at least to me, is that the audio is exclusively tied to the panoramic channel. You cannot directly access the audio from the PTZ channel. When I asked B&H Photo about it because they handle Hikvision support if you bought it from them was, "According to Hikvision, The Tandemview camera only has audio on one of the views, because the device basically works as two separate cameras." They do not say this in their specs, manual, or product page.
I just bought it a couple weeks ago, and I'm contemplating sending it back.
