      He is saying that getting an iphone will be as easy as getting an apple. Maybe apples will be really hard to get by then. He's getting carried away.

    There is already an excessive concentration of power (money / increasing inequity). Who that has the power, wants to fix that?
    Since when are governments that transparent?
    Attempting to control development is necessary, but realistically, the cat is out of the bag. There will be actors, companies and countries developing it for their own nefarious purposes.
    Perpetual growth with limited resources is not sustainable, AI or not.
    Human connection - heard that before.
