UConn dominated this entire tournament and earned this national championship. And of course, this was the swan song for the great, Jim Nantz. Thank you for being a friend during this 32-year run of calling the tournament
I knew UConn would win it all they were the most dominant team out of anyone in the tourney nobody had no shot of beating them wich is crazy great run by SDSU congrats to UConn
When UConn was placed in the west region on selection Sunday days before NCAA March madness started, I’m thinking thank you selection sunday committee……correct me if I’m wrong,Each time UConn was placed in the west region for NCAA March Madness, they went on to win the national championship…..
This UConn team is one of the best championship teams ever. Heck, this Connecticut maybe even stronger than the Kemba Walker Connecticut championship team in the early 2010's. This SDSU team would be similar to the SDSU team with Kawhi Leonard in the early 2010's or the late 2019 or early 2020 SDSU basketball team. This Connecticut team has virtually no weakness and played like an NBA basketball team.
UConn's men's basketball achieved each of their 6 tournament victories with a point differential of 13 points or better yet were a 4 seed entering the tournament.
Amazing team! Amazing tournament run. The only team I've ever seen that might be better or equivalent to this team is Antoine Walker's and Ron Mercer's 95-96 Kentucky team that went 34-2, and had 9 NBA players. They would full court press and out depth their opponents. Wild to watch!
I hear about the dominance, but until Hawkins hit that 3 point jumper at the top of the key. It was a 5 point game with 5 minutes and the first half of the Purdue game was tight. Great job by Hurley in keeping the team focused.
When San Diego St upset Alabama, I figured this would be UConn’s title game opponent. Also, both teams met in the Anaheim Regional Semifinal (2011) which #3W UConn defeated #2W San Diego St.
Why was Billy Packer not acknowledged? Was the best and longest color man for Jim. Died just months before. I don't get it. The voices of my childhood.

This felt like their early season run through Oregon, Alabama, ISU, Oklahoma St, and Florida

UCONN 6 TIIIIIMMMMEEE!!!!
Most dominant tournament team ever. Only team to ever win all 6 tournament games by 13 or more points
What’s crazy is they’re doing the same thing again this year 😳
I mean, that’s kind of a nuanced stat. UNC beat everyone by double digits in 09
@@lucaslarson430 and UConn beat the tournament point differential record by 20 points this tournament. It was the greatest tournament team ever.
I think I’m liking college basketball more than professional basketball now
Your far from the only one
i loved the nba and im a basketball guy. haven't watched the nba since the 80s. too much anti white racism.
I always have
Man, they just dominated this entire tournament. A classic example of getting hot at the right time. Go Huskies!!! 🐺🏀💙

Yea no. You don’t get to be a loser for 90 years and pretend you’re on par with teams that have been

This UConn team beats the last 5 national champions.

Incredible Historically Storied Programs of The Modern Era. As Consistent as any I've ever seen in 50 years of hoops!
How about uploading UConn’s other title games while you’re at it?
Uconn 77 Duke 74 baby, oh yeah, we blue blood, the blue-est too.
UConn came from nothing in the early 90s to becoming a College Basketball Powerhouse.
UConn basically just speedran march madness. still cant get over how dominant they were
What a title run. Consistently great, dominant basketball from the Huskies.
Thank you for this

This is probably the most hyped final I’ve ever seen
UConn back to back national champs 2023 & 2024 🔥🔥🔥
Do UConn vs Georgia Tech 2004, UConn vs Butler 2011 & UConn vs Kentucky 2014

Yup. Kemba vs. Kawhi Leonard!
I was there last year it was amazing
Powerhouse!!
Who excited for March Madness 2024 this year
Surprised Newton didn’t get the MOP award here also.
I'm proud of my alma mater. Go Huskies! Basketball U!
Tracy Wolfson, knew when she interviewed Coach Brian Dutcher, that San Diego State was going to lose @ that point (after the 9:08 drought). Truth.
Why was Billy Packer not acknowledged? Was the best and longest color man for Jim. Died just months before. I don't get it. The voices of my childhood.
Are we still shocking the world gram!?!
At 28:53, it's a foul in right?

Excellent D by UCONN
IS THAT DANNY HURLEY COACHING SDSU?
First NCAA champion in a while where the PG wasn’t as dominant
The point guard had two triple doubles during the year and a double double in this very game. What else is he supposed to do?
Huh? He literally had a double double in this game and could have been the final four MVP off this game alone. Lol
Yo
Forty niners Yankees. Now a bona-fide blue blood..... Sorry San Diego.... Not.
Let me be honest I think this is the first time women’s NCAA overshadowed men NCAA I forgot all about it honestly shout out to Miss Reese
The ratings would say otherwise lol
