Just make sure there's no Erythritol in it.
Shaun, I have the same reactions to carbs, I go into deep crashes that can last hours and it's a very weird and feeling to be so incapacitated, weak and tired basically a food coma. My body literally shuts off until it regulates itself again not fun.
I am a diabetic type 2.. The cutting out bread and pasta and starches of any kind really helps but the main thing is drinking lots of water bc that flushes the sugar out ur system and keeps it regulated.. Glad you guys are back we have missed yall!
I've been struggling with the same thing for years and I haven't figured out WHAT foods crash me...I JUST got told I'm Pretty diabetic this Spring, so, I've been cutting out , Sugar and Most Carbs and I've been trying the intermittent fasting and THAT helps a LOT!!
What I do to try to not forget something at the grocery, is made a chalkboard, add what I need on it , and take a picture of the list before I leave the house. 👍🏼 I've started eating more sweet potatoes. And I got rid of most processed foods. I do love eggs alot. I will eat them even in the middle of the night.
