Ohh I clicked this video in a matter of seconds!!! As a male pre-nursing student I feel alone at times lol, but couldn’t be happier. I will add that your critique in getting an ADN is a bit biased, unless a nurse wants to work for a Magnet standard hospital ADN route is the cheapest and fastest, so by the time you start working facilities can even help you pay for all or nearly all of your BSN. California is very competitive state but anyway of getting your RN license would be excellent!

Girl they’re about to come for you w/the ADN comments 😂😂 not gonna lie I was torn between getting my associates or bachelors but after doing research in my state I felt like a BSN was the better choice for me. Wow! I can’t believe you’re almost done w/school. I remember watching your video when you first talked about getting into nursing school. Best of luck to you!

Guaranteed an ADN with 5 years experience will trump a new grad BSN any day! And I’m not BSN shaming at all that’s just facts I’m a LPN currently in an ADN program aspiring to be a bachelor prepared nurse

For the A&P class you Took in chamberlain, do you really need to look over all three PowerPoints before taking the module assignment

      Helicopter1kobe0 I didn’t take A&P at chamberlain, I did all my prerequisite at a community college ☺️

It’s true that nurses can get hired with an associates degree, but once you get hired, the hospitals will require you to eventually get your bachelors.

They can get hired. My friend was recently just last December hired in Maryland in a big city with just her associate degree. My mom too works as an rn at a hospital in New York City for the past 19 years with just her adn. My other friend been working at memorial Herman hospital in Houston with just her associates

I am currently working on my associates for nursing, how can an associates get you to get hired at a hospital? Essentially these prerequisites are just regular classes like, English, bio, math and chem but it doesn’t teach you how to like work..? You know?
