You didn't phrase the sentence correctly. Dead bodies are converted into ashes, and into diamonds so you're not attaching a whole dead body to your finger, right? "Wearing ashes as jewellery" is much better.

The inventors or creators make something with good purposes. I know that they do this out of good deed. It is, however, the same with any other inventions, it could be a double-edged sword. You know that there are insane people in this world, and there were cases regarding money or greed as a factor behind murders. I'm just saying tht it is possible that those, who find it rather easy to commit crime to achieve their goals, kill ppl to get diamonds.
