Vatrer Power has upgraded the appearance of this 12V 300Ah self-heating battery, and the new look is very cool. I think this is part of their strategic development.
Hi friend, Thanks 4 the info...😊 I rewlded the cross supports so box set inside frame.then a STEEL FLAT piiece i could bend n weld a hinge to frame then a good lock. These batts r going to be the new theft item as was gen 's and catalytic on autos.😊
THANK YOU for the enclosure and strap down tips! I purchased the heated version of this battery last week. It was on sale during Amazon Prime days. I queried on Amazon and a FB user group on options to enclose and secure this as the battery box that housed two lead acid group 27 batteries inside my Forrest River 281RK 5th wheel is too small. I got everything from crickets to why do I need to enclose it as it's a sealed unit! Yes, that was one of the replies. Thanks again!
I did the same thing but with 2x Group 24 12v 100ah lithium and put them inside the trailer under the couch in my GD 22bhe where the bed drops down above above it. Since they are higher value items I didn't want it outside the coach and they don't need ventilation like Lead Acid Battiers. Another big deal about getting a lithium battery is weight savings.
Great question. When increasing amp hours, no need to change gauge of battery wires. But, if you were to increase the amp draw such as installing a 3000W inverter with a new battery, then you'd need to upgrade gauge of battery cables to match the increased amp draw.
Thank you for the comment. I had the opportunity to test this mega battery and I enjoy projects like this, so I crammed it in between the A-frame. I only use this battery for 12V right now. I still use the power station for all things 120V AC.
Great question. I am planning to test a Bluetti model Charger1 that supplies 400W and is compatible with a wide range of devices such as the Vatrer 12V. There are other brands too, but that's one I plan to test soon.

I have two of these coming for my Pinnacle
Very nice!

Very nice! Great point.
Your level of OCD makes me happy.
Is the size of the wires going to your battery large enough?

Is it ok to upgrade my 60amp converter to a 75amp? Im only using 1 lithium battleborn battery
@@Fallenicons24 yes, typically if anything you want higher amperage so that you have excess capacity as opposed to less than before.
I thought you installed a solar generator/power supply in an earlier video ? Did you remove that or is that just used for the 110volt circuits

If I missed it let me know. Did you had a DC to DC charger on your Tow Rig. I am looking for a very user friendly way to do that?
