Thank you for your comment! ☺️ For students it depend upon visa type, if you have a student vise than the number of years will be divided by 2. For example If your masters is 2 year it will be count as 1. However if a student is on permanent residency the his full years will count.
I am living in Germany since 14 years and lived in India for 24 years. Trust me, I have faced Racism in both Countries. But percentage of such people is very low. You just need to filter right people around you.

Do you face racism there as an Indian living there? As a lot of anti-immigrant sentiments in Europe rising nowadays.
