I finally got my PR card 🇨🇦 | Extremely harsh winter | My family left us | New job | I was very sick

Bonjour lovelies!
I finally got my Canada PR card in the mailbox after months!
In this week's video, I shared snippets of the January snow and -50 degrees winter sneaking upon us in Saskatchewan. It was a sad moment for me as my family left us in Canada and went back home to Jamaica. I was extremely sick, and in pain, I had to rush to the ER, where I spent 14 hours before before knowing what's wrong with me. Finally, I started my second job that I had been dodging for months due to fear and anxiety.

The joint pains, I thought, was just happening to me all of a sudden since fall. In emergency they didn't find anything 😮

Congratulations on getting your PR, Congratulations on the new job God is good. May I say that arthritis can also affect you in Jamaica But the coldness in Canada is a major would affect it. However there are a lot of things you can take to help so begin to do some research. Ok inflammation is a contributing factor to arthritis so in saying that you should think about changing your diet eat the foods that would not cause inflammation. A life style of walking as your exercise routine is also important. I have friends in Canada with Arthritis and by doing what I describe they get very little to no pain now. Its life style change. I hope that helps.
