I love this bag, I have it in black. I have 2 molle pockets attached to the waist/belly bag which I find useful for snacks. I use the bag on and off buses all the time and do not believe the belt is a hassle at all.
I have exactly the same backpack, it is sturdy and holds up well. I love the padded waist belt and the molle straps. I have a small EDC bag that can be attached to my backpack that I take in to work. It has a shoulder strap and doubles as my purse. Instead of a fuel stove, I have a real lightweight rocket stove and can use twigs, etc. If I am going to take the trouble to heat something up, it might as well be a little fire that will also heat me up. Great GHB, practical, not weighed down by techy gadgets, just useful items. I can't remember whether you had hygiene items, but I would add a toothbrush and some wet wipes if you haven't already.
First actual GHB that hasn't got a load of unnecessary crap and people pulling out rabbits they've stuffed it with so much tat n crap. A fully purposeful GHB, Well done pal. Only thing I'd add and it's only because I've got one in my is just a fix blade mainly for wood related tasks if I've got to overnight rather than a multi tool blade. If it was a bit more serious event like wrol and nutters are running about then make sure you've a decent hammer in van, isn't in my bag but the van, but sure as hell she will be coming with me on my way home 🤣🤣. Seriously tho great vid and great bag glad to see an honest one for a change
Nice kit mate, adding the jungle blanket is a good shout, they're very compact. I see in the comments a wee personal dhoby kit has been suggested, I'd add a micro fibre towel, don't know about you but I'm a sweaty fecker and always have one hanging off my rucksack to wipe my face/head when walking with a bag on my back. Thank you, I just received this pack today, but I'm primarily going to use it for rucking. I'm no Hercules, so I doubt I'll exceed 50lbs, and I'm only starting with 25lbs, so I hope It'll withstand the weight. One thing I am disappointed about is that there is no quick grab water bottle pouch, as I won't be utilizing the bladder system. There was a TH-cam video on what i thought was this same pack, that had water bottle pouches, and I based my purchase on that video. I still like the pack, but not having quick access to hydration is a negative.
Over all it's a good bag. Not having an open water bottle pocket is a pain. The side pockets will take a canteen. You just have to choose one that fits haha. Enjoy your day 👍
I watched most of the video but not fully.. do you have a thermal blanket? If you get one that is being used for your car windshield you can put it under yourself while laying on the ground so body heat reflects back. Also it can reflect back the heat of a fire. Cheap and lightweight. I use it also in my hammock during wintercamping, below my inflatable. I have Mardingtop 75L and 28L is on its way.. I bought 25L for someone else and I really like the price quality and all the features that come along with it.
@@p2snetwork Yeah, I have a foil blanket just in case of emergency. The windshield is for regular use. Take one that doesn't crack. I have one with foam. This one takes up some space, but it's useful to fill up the pocket at the bottom of my backpack.
Nice. I do think the jungle blanket combined with the bivy sack would be effective at keeping you warm-ish, especially in the UK where it doesn’t really get very cold, at least compared to where I live on the Canadian border. Also consider adding a small radio you could put in to stay abreast of news. I’m enjoying your common sense presentations.

Absolutely, it is well made and spacious. I'm 5ft9 inches and it fits me ok. I've had no issues with it at all.
