@@k4ifi that’s what he said, I think
"I pray that it makes sense"
Yes, everything made sense now Doc. Always praying for you also so you can make more excellent videos that are understandable for us, medical students. Most professors now just read their ppt and some just make us read which we know in ourselves that we're not be able to grasp it alone. Forever grateful for your existence!! Power!!
Thank you for all you do Zach, amazing content as alway! I truly appreciate all of the work you put into these videos to help all of us learn! Much love!
Thank you for what you do. I personally am appreciative of your uploads and for explaining and simplified explanations of what some diseases and conditions are. You do great work ! ❤
Really admire your work
You don't hear about hypernatremia all that often, so I was very excited to watch this. Would love to see an in-depth video on metabolic alkalosis, which is also not talked about much!

You are really wonderful. You save us time and effort. I hope you will continue to do so. You really deserve 100 million subscribers, not just two

Amazing way of teaching this!!Thanks
Great lecture, just one thing: in hyperaldosteronism the urine sodium is < 20 mEq/L, so low urine sodium - as in secondary hyperaldosteronism (hypervolemic hyponatremia)-
Brilliant videos - am so gonna get some ninjanerd merch! Hopefully that will support your work!! ❤

Thank you for your great lectures! I don't understand why fluid loss and loop diuretics can cause both in hypo and hypernatremia? Doesn't ADH work in Hypernatremia?
Can you do a video on Albumin homeostasis?
Please nine explain the bone remodeling etc…

A small correction@59:28 ,,Diab insip. Causes hypovolemic hypernatremia and diuretics causes euvolemic hyponatri
Sir give video about thalassaemia..hypokalemia
I feel like I just became a professor in chemical engineering and DNA analysis professor just by listening to this. Lol Amazing job!
nice video
nice
Can you do lectures about ECG♥️🙏
Thaaaaaaanks
I'm not a student, just a person who finds this stuff fascinating and this teacher is awesome!!! A bit confused on one thing tho. For the water loss causes like vomiting/diarrhea, aren't you also losing a bunch of electrolytes (inc sodium) along with all the water? How do u know if a person needs fluids and electrolytes or just fluids? I would imagine u don't want to give them electrolytes with the fluids if they're experiencing hypernatremia correct? Thanks if anyone can enlighten me! 😀
Why dont med school have professor like you guys❤
Greetings!🙏😌
i woke up listening to this video which is crazy because i had a dream about being a anesthesiologist and i was helping on a case LOL
How can loop diuretics cause both hyponatremia and hypernatremia..
Sir please make a lecture on TTP and HUS 😅
Hello,
Thanks for the great content.
Could you please make a video on how to lower N+ level in patients with CHF, as the patients general intake of water will be 1 to 1.5 ltrs per day in that scenario
How to calculate the Free water deficit in patient who is having CHF (congestive heart failure) and his latest blood report readings are 158 mmol/ltr of Nitrate and urea as 88 mg/dl.
Please if you could answer the questions soon, that would be great help as preparing a video may take some time.
Wooohooooo im saved
Should we add maintance fluid to the free water deficit for 24 hours or should we give only the free water deficit ?
Please answer ninja nerd
A question ... is the urine sodium is high in hyperaldosteronism ?
Screen brightness is very high kindly keep it low colors are not getting proper tone and hue
