I would love to see a slowed down step by step build process of how this was made as im trying to get some ideas of my own for my own setup!
I would love more detailed videos of how you build them! I have just started in the hobby and have built a vivarium and paludarium with your help! Thank you and amazing work!
That’s really good to know that my videos are useful for you, also that I can inspire! I’d love to see what you’ve created too 😄
i think some nice micro fish or shrimp would go well in the water section. something like khuli loaches
*Kuhli Loaches ❤
Awesome suggestion ☺️
I agree khuli loaches will be super awesome
- Those are too big right? He only has a small little water pond. So something MUCH, MUCH smaller would work.
@@blessedbeauty2293 I was thinking the same. The water area holds 40 litres of water but only 20-25 litres of that is visible/able to be used. If anything It may have to be raspboras or just shrimp. Crabs would work nicely though 😄
It looks really cool Ryan, congratulations on the assembly, you could add some carnivorous plants, they love flooded environments with high humidity.
Hug from Brazil
I think this is an awesome idea !
Hey man! That’s an awesome idea - I definitely should add some carnivorous plants especially how no major animals are in yet 😄
Hugs from the UK ❤️
Amazing!! I want to shrink down in size and live inside and have a Peter Andre moment under that waterfall 😂🤘🏼🤍
💯🤣👌🤸♀️
😆😆😆
so cool, haven’t seen a paludarium with a water area like this before. such a cool miniature oasis
Thank you so much! That is super kind of you to say that 😄
One of my favorite predators are bark scorpions. Not sure how available they would be in your area, but having a couple and hitting the vivarium with blacklights at night is amazing!
Incredible build Ryan! You've really outdone yourself this time, for a species suggestion, may I suggest Polyrhachis thrinax or Polyrhachis mitrata? Both very beautiful species of Polyrhachis with vibrant colours that dont tend to exceed more than a few hundred workers, I reckon they'd be an amazing addition, looking forward to the next update!
Thank you so much buddy! That’s super kind of you - I think polyrachis Armata or harps would be a good shout too! 😄🐜
For sure! Cant wait to see what you've got planned!
Amazing! And yes we would like the detailed lengthy video !
Awesome! Thank you! I’ll make sure I do that on my next build and break each section down in detail 😄
Very beautiful, would love to get the link for the music with birds singing, thanks. Could you make a longer video of just a full view with that music no talking or moving.
I think a trio of long tailed grass lizards of any species would be nice
Haha! Check my latest short man! 😂
You nailed it on the head 🌱🦎🐸
@Antscapes1 Lol, I just noticed
Just moved into my flat and was given a 4ft fish tank but want to make something like this….. complete noob to this kind of thing but amazes me! Finally gonna get things going on it in the next couple of weeks. Great work my man
Thank you so much man! Good luck on your move and I hope you make something - I made something in a 4ft fish tank as one of the first things I made on the channel. It’s an old video but it may be worth a look to see what you think 😄❤️
Yeah I’ll deffo give it a watch, if I haven’t already ha….cheers
awsome build
This is absolutely glorious. Some mountain horned dragons would absolutely look amazing in an enclosure like this. Also, in the future, you might want to look into pygmy mulga monitors or kings monitors. They're both very small species of monitor with big personalities that would go great in a decent sized viv if you want to make more setups of a similar size to this or a bit bigger.
Great suggestion! I may add these to the list or vote poll, I could also make a potential build for these in the future too 😄
Excellent build! The possibilities are endless with stocking- I love the multi species tanks personally especially in such a large enclosure. Day geckos would be a good colorful option and are diurnal. Red eye tree frogs would be awesome too but you don’t see them much until night time.
Yes! Longer videos please.
Wauw, I really like it, and it's HUGE 😅👍
*wow
I would love a full length video !!
I’ll touch up on every detail on my next build video which will be in a couple of weeks time 😄
Hello. Yes super big please do a detailed video. Would like to see it
I want to do something like that but with a vanilla orchid as a "main plant" (sorry for my bad English, love from Italy❤️)
You're very correct that only in this hobby do we spend money on rocks and twigs! LOL
Ik im quite late but I’d love to see the whole build definitely since I’m gonna be working on a project for dart frogs soon
This is awesome! You really did a great job. Can you please share the plants you used in this tank?
PLEASE!!!! Add pricklenape horned dragons - Acantosaura lepidogaster . They are absolutely beautiful and haven't seen you keep them before ❤
That’s a great suggestion! May have to put this in the short list 😄
And some kind of small arboreal frog as well
This is fantastic!! Lots of hard work and a beautiful result! I have a question that i don't see addressed very often on these types of builds. I understand that these tropical set ups need the warmth and high humidity. But how do you keep the fog and condensation on the front glass down to a level that allows you to actually see the inside? Thanks for the great video!!
I normally keep a fan on every enclosure where I can control the flow of, this will reduce the condensation on the glass. My room is heated to an ambient temperature too of 26c so there’s less condensation that there would be inside say something like your front room or wherever you would keep the tank at standard house temps 😄
amazing 100% some dartfrog or small tree frogs
I LOVE ecosystem videos omfg
great tank
Thank you! ❤️
It would be great to see a huge colony of vampire crabs living in there
add vampire crabs👍
Vampire crabs have taken over the hobby
@@evanblankenship5887 agreed! Haha 😆
Or red claw crabs
Add katydid , isopod and beetle , gecko , frog
Make a video talking about the costs and the maintenance of the tank
I mention it in this video 😄
I would like to see the full video!
Something you don't see a lot of is day geckos, very similar to morning geckos but there are some verities that look very colorful
mate I have the exact same viv and i have been wanting to do something similar you have no inspired me thank you
What about a build or adding Central American Banded Geckos? Not too many videos on the species out there.
As always a great job! I think carnivores plants would be an awesome idea too! I used to have a bunch of Venus Fly Traps before I moved and I miss them!
*carnivorous
That’s a great shout Kelly! I’ve had a few people say that now so I think I’m going to have too ☺️
- 3:15 yes, full video please 🙏🏽 I just found your channel I'm going to subscribe after watching this video. 😀
Thank you so much! I’ll make sure I do a full detailed video soon, I’ve got a short update coming soon and will post more regular after that 😄
Please make a bio active musk turtle setup
This looks amazing
Id love to see the "directors cut" to see details
Also, what kind of foam did you use on the bottom of the tanks as a drainage layer
Could you use different lighting?
i love all your videos
Thanks man ❤️
What brand expanding foam do you use? And what substrate are you using for the plants? UK based
I use this expanding foam:
amzn.to/3FKgC9a
You can also use a brand called “Soudal” which is cheaper but it’s a yellow foam so harder to hide things. 😄
Substrate I just make my own KBG mix 🌱
I want to make a build with a water feature but I'm not sure if it's too much effort. Does the filter take from the bottom of the pond ?
It looks like it was enclosed in the bottom of the foam box that he turned into the water fall. With all the filter foam and false bottom, the water is actually in the bottom few inches of the full viv so you have a lot of options on where to place a pump. You just need to make sure if it is in the false bottom that you have some filter foam around the intake so the impeller doesn’t get clogged. Also suggest placing it somewhere you can access when needed to service the pump. You should definitely go for it!
Ryan what kind of moss works best in terrariums mine always die
Take moss from the places you want it to grow on, if you take moss from wood, attach it to wood etc…
nice
Thank you!
😮
Can a fish tank be converted as well?
Yeah of course! Just have to customise the lid slightly 😄
cool
Ryan you have panda king isopods right ? You should add 15+ of them too they will thrive
I added them in buddy! 😄
@@AntScapes1 great
Name:jungle house.
add these green lizard you now
Yeah I get you! I think those would look nice with other inhabitants 😄
FIRST!
Yooo. Would you happen to know what kind of moss you put in that spice jar?
🥇
Thank you man! Speediest in all the lands 😆🥇
my god you're amazing.
☺️❤️
