My consultant wrote type of sponsor is higher education provide but in real on my CAS higher education provider with track record of compliance is it can create problem for me in visa application or not.

How did you upload your school transcript for visa application , since it’s my school that will send it to the university I want to go to, or is student copy transcripts accepted
Transcripts are not essential documents for a visa application. But if you must upload it, I believe a student copy should be sufficient.

Please, when you say we should enter the exact school fees amount. What do you mean. My course fee as advertised is 14,700 but I was Gita scholarship of 2000, so the CAS reflect, 12,700. So the school fee amount to enter is 12,700 right?

I really love this and to be sincere you really tried well done now let go to my question, please at stage where they asked "you do not have a dependent" and someone as dependents please can you do short video or explanation about that because that was the stage that I was confused during my application and I had to suspend my application. please I need your guide on that and I will preferred the video for more understanding. If you have a Dependent, whether they are travelling with you or not, you have to answer “Yes” in the application.

I want to ask, how long does a printed bank statement for a student visa application valid for?
For instance, if you have printed a bank statement to obtain a CAS maybe for about 2 weeks ago, can you still use the same bank statement to apply for a student visa?
I think so as long as the funds have been there for up to 28 days.

You pay the surcharge online before you submit your application, and you may be able to get a refund if your visa is rejected, although not a guarantee.

A document showing evidence of accommodation is actually not mandatory. In your visa application, you had stated where you would stay upon arriving in the UK, that should be sufficient.

I think you can edit until you submit the application, just save at every step.
The biometrics? How does that work? Is it after you submit the visa application that a date will be given for the biometrics?
After you submit the visa application form, go to the website of the UK visa partner in your country, like tls website and book a date for your BRP capturing.
You can also walk in to TLS and pay for a walk in service if the available dates on the website is too far.

Yes, if you are uploading the waec, then upload the affidavit as well. I don't think you need your Nysc certificate for visa application.

Hi Kuskus, thank you for this wonderful video, it was quite helpful. I am currently applying from Nigeria for January intake. During my IHS calculation, after inputting all my data, it showed that I am exempted from paying the IHS fee. The only difference between mine and yours (using the data you used when calculating yours) is location and dependent. I will be staying in the Isle of Man, and I have one dependent. Does it mean that international students that will be staying in Isle of Man, Guernsey and Jersey are exempted from paying the IHS fee? If an applicant is exempted from paying the IHS fee, how can he get the IHS reference number?

My dear, these questions are more than me 😂. If based on your information it says no IHS fee, then that’s what it is. Maybe you should read more about it on the UKVI website to understand your circumstances.

You need to fill another visa form for every dependent
Is the amount you need to pay always in usd ?
The amount is shown in USD but you can pay with any currency.
Allow me to ask this when one pays for either priority or standars visa does one get an email to that includes whether they paid for priority or standard visa or one gets a general email to show you applied for visa?
There should be an email that shows a breakdown of what you paid. once you pay for priority, let them know at the TLS centre when you go.

I think you can, as long as they are both in your name or you provide the letter of sponsorship (i.e from the owner of the account saying he/she is sponsoring your education)

You can do an affidavit stamp at the court or by a notary public to clarify the mix up.

I wouldn’t know. You have to do your calculations based on your circumstances, it is not a fixed cost.

As part of your documents when uploading, you’ll also go with it for sighting on your biometric capture date. 👍🏾

Hahaha, but you need to be sure that the outcome is negative so that you won't waste money paying for the visa if it comes out positive.

It’s separate from the visa fee. You will have to pay for ihs first, before you pay for visa fees.

Some of the money is in my parent’s account and some of it is in mine. Will this be a problem or does all the money have to be in one account?
I don’t think there will be an issue if the money is in different accounts, but you have to provide a letter from the owner of the account explaining your relationship and that they are funding your studies.

If you are staying for less than 6months, you don’t need medical insurance. Your budget should depend on your planned expenses. You could budget £100 a day or more.

You can safe the email attachment on your device, upload it to tls or print it and take it there on your appointment date. I’m not sure why you tls needs to see your transcript though.

If your program is one year, you’ll get a 12, 14 or 16 months visa depending on your school.
